A apenas uma fabulosa estadia familiar de 4 noites no Fairmont Dallas. É brilhantemente localizado para muitas atrações nas áreas de Downtown e Historic West End.A equipe é muito simpática e profissional, absolutamente brilhante. Menção especial para Alania, Briana e toda equipe de Valet Parking, todos brilhantes!!!Os quartos são ótimos, limpos e as camas muito confortáveis. Nós também fomos para a piscina algumas vezes e tivemos algumas refeições no Restaurante Pyramid. Mais uma vez o serviço foi incrível. Definitivamente recomendamos este hotel, 5 estrelas, facilmente !!!

Just had a fabulous 4 nights family stay at the Fairmont Dallas. It's brilliantly located for a lot of attractions in both the Downtown and Historical West End areas. The staff are very friendly and professional, absolutely Brilliant. Special mention to Alania, Briana and all the Valet Parking team, all brilliant !!! The rooms are great, clean and beds very comfy. We also went to the pool a few times and had a few meals in the Pyramid Restaurant. Again the service was amazing. We would definitely recommend this hotel, 5 Stars, easily !!!

First stop, VALET! AMAZING CREW! They’re the first people that you see before you even check in. I had multiple valets guys running to open my door and help me with my car. Check in was easy and fast, (we had Eric) he was extremely helpful with the details of the hotel and where to go since this was our first stay at this hotel. The only complaint I have is the bartenders on the poolside are rude, when we asked a simple question they brushed it away and rudely answered. Everything else was GREAT! The room is super clean, and they have room service for anything you need. Would definitely stay again, and planning on my next stay already.

My daughter and her roommate just celebrated their 21st birthdays with friends at Fairmont Dallas! From start to finish, the staff at Fairmont insured that the girls enjoyed a very special weekend! The facility, restaurants, pool, and particularly, the staff were excellent! They also loved being able to walk to so many attractions so the location is great. I highly recommend Fairmont Dallas for your stay!

O Fairmont foi incrível. Desde a nossa chegada, fomos tratados como VIP. Valet nos ajudou a sair do carro e com nossa bagagem. A bagagem foi prontamente trazida para o nosso quarto e descarregada. Também nos trouxeram gelo. Fomos levados pelo serviço de transporte desde que estivesse a 2 milhas. A piscina era relaxante e muito bom. A equipe foi muito atenciosa. Quarto era muito limpo e tinha camas confortáveis. Novamente ao sair, manobrista carregado nossa bagagem e não poderia ser melhor. Nós definitivamente ficaremos aqui de novo.

Loved my entire stay here. I was treated well, the room was good (minus my mattress) and the staff was happy and helpful. The courtesy car was a life saver, thanks Greg. Eryk at the front desk was nice. The valet guys were top notch. Even the manager was nice.

The Fairmont was amazing. From our arrival,we were treated like VIP. Valet helped us out of the car and with our luggage. The luggage was promptly brought to our room and unloaded. We were brought ice as well. We were taken by the shuttle service long as it was within 2 miles. The pool was relaxing and really nice. The staff was very attentive.Room was very clean and had comfortable beds. Again upon leaving, valet loaded up our luggage and couldn't be nicer.We will definitely stay here again.

The Fairmont Hotel in Dallas Texas is absolutely beautiful. The suites are very spacious.We stayed in a suite that had a living room area, dining room table and large master bedroom.There are two restaurants and a bar/lounge with a great vibe.The junior Olympic size pool is absolutely beautiful surrounded by gorgeous terrace with gardens.The staff is amazing too!

Perhaps if it was not considered a five star hotel it would be worthy of higher than two stars, but you expect a certain level of service at a five star hotel. We received no bottles of water upon checking in. We had to call multiple times to get them to plug our Tesla into their only Tesla charger even though they confirmed twice that they would do it. Three out of the four times we called Valet they said via in automated recording that they were too busy and we would have to go down and show them our tickets. We had to call multiple times to get a refrigerator in our room. Their breakfast buffet while good was definitely not what you expect at a five star hotel. We stayed in a one bedroom suite and again it was very much average with a fairly small standard bath.

I truly enjoyed our recent Event at Fairmont Dallas. Christina was attentive to our needs throughout the planning and remembered every detail for that weekend which included a private dinner on Friday. All staff members were welcoming and attentive from the moment we arrived. Updates to the Regency ballroom are beautiful. The Presentation on Saturday was perfect!

Make sure to go the the water garden! Bottom level, past the UPS business center, down the tunnel (with great art) out you come out to the garden. Hidden gem in Dallas! Make sure you go to get coffee at the cafe outside facing the water feature! The hotel is great, staff, rooms, room service...all wonderful! Cool pool & garden area too!

Amazing customer service, they are super friendly and courteous. We really enjoyed the stay at this hotel. They had a brunch with great service at excellent price. They make you feel at home.Muy recomendable definitivamente nos hospedaríamos de nuevo. Este hotel tiene una atención al cliente excelente. Me hicieron un cargo extra como depósito el cuál es reembolsable al día de la salida, dicho cargo es igual al costo por lo que pague por los 3 días,a mi parecer no es correcto es mucho. Al entrar no hay tapete sanitizante La habitación no es nada igual a lo que me mostraron en la aplicación de Booking

This is going to be a long review... Andy, Sara, Abdul, and Mike... and the entire staff, made this experience exquisite. Always positive energy, and everyone was truly friendly, and cared about my day. Saying "welcome back", felt like we were family. Our rooms were perfect for our needs.. They even gave us an extra refrigerator to use! The Housekeeping staff always gave us a fresh room, and extra water and ice. 😎. I'm not sure when I'll be back to Dallas, but I will be sure to stop by to say hello to the "family". Thank you all for the fantastic 6 days! #FairmontFamily.

Visited family staying here. Check in went smoothly and quickly. They were attending conference there and hotel was sold out. We had to stay elsewhere, but what we saw of things was certainly great.

The Hotel Fairmont cannot get enough of my praise! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My friends and I got to stay in a BEAUTIFUL suite at a reduced price because I was upgraded upon arrival. I told reception I was there to do my bridal pictures and she wanted to help me celebrate my special day! :) We were flooded with recommendations on where to take pictures and given attentive and swift service. The bed was super comfy and perfect for the evening. To top it all off, I accidently used the wrong card to pay for my stay. I called the hotel two weeks later and I got a hold of accounting within MINUTES. I was sent a secure link to pay with a different card and my other card was refunded right away. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I will definitely go back! :) Thank you for making my day so special!

The hotel is grand and very comfortable. Phillip the concierge made sure everything was perfect. Oscar who drove us multiple times was such a fun and wonderful person to have met. He made sure where he took you that you were at the right destination and wonderful conversationalist. Looking forward to our next visit. Thanks Oscar, Allan and Ana:)

I had taken my mother to the Dallas Fairmont Pyramid restaurant for her birthday. 5 star service and menu. From the moment the valet opened the door and until we left. We were referred by name, they also wished a happy birthday with a box of the Chef's truffles. Thanks to everyone for making it a evening to remember........
