“The place is very good located but I never though that this kind of lodging could be found in hotels.com (it is more likely an Airbnb). There a couple of things that you could keep in mind. The reception hours is just form 11:00 am to 9:00 pm and not 10 amto 11 pm as they say on their advice. After hours there is a phone number that nobody takes care of it (the locution says that they are open form 10 to 10 but none answer it. The surveillance people are great but they do not have answer for the most common questions like parking, WiFi or towels and sheets. The units are quite old, dirty and the paint is quite damage. Good place if you are planning to stay close to the Millennium Park and you do just need the room for sleeping. About the valet parking, be ready for a time limitation. You can take your car in/out between 9 am to 6pm.”

“Before I came here I was quite nervous after reading the reviews as there was no cancellation policy. Honestly I don't know why people are so down on this place, yeah it's old, but its got history it's a cool building, especially the lobby, it has character it's a little rough round the edges, but if you want the ritz carlton, go stay there and pay their prices. It's not cheap, nothing is in Chicago with all their taxes, buy it's not an outrageous price either. I got an inner room its reasonably quiet , but if you want quiet dont stay in downtown, its very warm, and clean, and the location is brilliant . I would stay here again.”
