“The hotel did not answer a very simple question, in the end we cancelled the stay. The question was 1 line, send 2 weeks before the planned stay, come on, we thought you actually liked to have customers again. For business I have been travelling throughout covid times and this has been the only Accor hotel so far that simply ignores customers. If the service in the Hotel is the same I am glad we cancelled.”
