“Absolutely fantastic place, truly a hidden gem in downtown Chicago. We stayed there for four nights and all the staff were extremely courteous and respectful. The hotel manager was happy to allow us a later checkout and is really a great person. We used the free parking and didn’t have any problems with finding a spot or safety and security during Christmas time. The rooms are truly worthy of a 5 star rating and even room service were very courteous. Will definitely be back!”

“Very clean and nicely updated. The street is noisy so bring your ear plugs. This is in a great location to walk to many attractions or take public transportation. Staff was friendly and respectful.”
