Bom aparthotel, não fica na região central, mas o acesso é fácil, local agradável, bairro residencial, tem supermercado próximo, muitos restaurantes na região. Me hospedei por 7 noites e não tenho nenhuma queixa. Acho q deveria haver limpeza de 3 em 3 dias pelo menos....reservei pela decolar e o preço foi excelente

O apart é bem decorado e a cozinha é excelente para quem quer ficar um bom tempo na cidade. O hotel ainda possui um espaço destinado para os hóspedes que querem lavar as próprias roupas, com máquina de lavar/secar disponíveis(cerca de €6- €8). Ademais, há dois mercados próximos, cerca de 30 metros de distância. O transporte público é abundante. O bairro é muito bonito e transmite um ar de segurança. O comércio na via principal atende todos os gostos e bolsos.

Apartamento perfeito para casal. Cozinha completa. Lavanderia e academia no primeiro andar, pode malhar enquanto lava as roupas. A limpeza é feita apenas uma vez por semana, nos outros dias é como sua casa, vc mantém. Mas tem máquina de lavar louças, forno, fogão. Dá pra ficar muito bem por um período longo. Próximo ao metrô, tem mercados há poucos metros. Bons restaurantes e shopping. Tudo a poucos metros. Recomendo. Qdo eu for a Berlim novamente certamente me hospedarei nele.

A central and clean hotel room with a multifunctional layout and great kitchen facilities. Although the beds were a bit hard, I would gladly stay here again, considering that you get the opportunity to use the space during the day by folding up the bed. Thank you also to the helpful staff. They made it possible for us to check in early and also do offer a free luggage service! There is also a little gym you can use, so make sure to get the opening hours upon arrival. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Nici place to stay in Berlin, near the zoo. Even it seems small, the room, the kitcken and the bathroom is equiped with everything you need. Easy to acces the public transport nearby, and close there are supermarkets and many place to eat. It will be nice if the cleaning service will be more often. My husband stayed for 3 weeks and they cleaned just 2 times in this period. I understood this is the policy of the hotel, but it needs improvement. At least a broom in the room.😁

That's a pretty nice place to stay in Berlin. It's close to public transportation and 2 minutes aways from the Kurfürstendamm avenue, the main Street on the west side. The hotel is surrounded by markets, what helps a lot if you're cooking your own meal. The room is simple but it has everything you might need: the kitchen appliances provided attended all my needs, there's cable TV, free WiFi, the bed is comfortable and the bathroom even has a bathtub! The hotel also provides breakfast with a vast selection of options, and the reception service was great. The only thing people might complain about is that there's no change of towels and bedsheets if you're on a short stay, but honestly, that doesn't bother me. The room is very clean we check in, so, If you're staying for a weekend or just a few days, then I see no need for a daily change. In a nutshell, I strongly recommend this place for those travelling on a budget, but still look for comfort and privacy.

Amazing hotel, with great value for money! The rooms were nice and clean. The staff were friendly and always smiling. Location wise, the hotel were in a quiet neighborhood, which for us is very appealing, but still close enough to a metrostation so you could be in the center of the city within 10-15 minutes. If we would come to visit Berlin again, this is the place we would stay!

Very nice exp, budget hotel. Rooms are well equipped for cooking. Location is central. It has a lively feel at the dining area. Conrado at the reception is very welcoming and helps you with directions and options and its a pleasure to talk with him. Would recommend this place.

Budget apartment rooms. Small kitchen which is fully equipped is really handy. Good size rooms. Hygienic and well lighted place. Comfortable bed. The most important is reception which is very passionate about the job and treats customer with utmost respect and care. Beautifully designed place which has decent place to workout. Super good experience 👍

Excelente relación calidad-precio. Habitaciones amplias, limpias, muy nuevas con todo lo necesario y muy bien organizado. Baño perfecto, muy amplio, con secador de pelo, jabón de manos y gel de baño. Dispone de lavandería automática y cuartos para depositar la basura (con reciclaje). Personal profesional. Cerca de transporte público en una zona tranquila y segura, muy cerca de Ku'Damm.

Muy comodo, moderno y limpio. El servicio es muy bueno y el personal es amable y atento. El único inconveniente es que, pese a estar en una buena zona de la ciudad, se halla un poco apartado de los atractivos turísticos.

Hermoso lugar! Para volver y volver y volver... Habitaciones amplias, con cocina, lavavajillas, heladera, utensilios, absolutamente todo. Hermosa decoración, Super moderno y nuevo. Muy muy cómodo ylindo, calefacción impecable!!

AAA location at an affordable price. The apartments are of good size and in good condition. The apartments are well equiped and have everything you need for a good stay. Tv, stereo, iron and even a vacuum is standard. The kitchen is equiped with a good size fridge, microwave, coffeemaker and even a dish washer. Staff was friendly and let us check in earlier that normal. I would go back again without a doubt.
