“I am surprised to see so high ratings for this hotel. It is 4-start hotel and nothing works! Absolutely zero.
- The food (when ordering room service) is really poor. I ordered twice (don't ask me why) and both times it was really bad. I couldn't finish it.
- They didn't really cleaned my room except for making the bed. Leaving old food behind and forgetting to replace the bottled water etc.
- The door to the balcony didn't close properly so the traffic noise was was kinda loud in the room.
- No plug to the bathtub.
The hotel personnel was very nice, but unfortunately that doesn't make up for the extremely poor experience.”
