A experiência foi muito negativa, para hotel de 4 estrelas. Não tem qualquer tipo de atendimento personalizado, os quartos são pequenos muito desconfortáveis sem qualquer tipo de arrumo, longe do centro, a internet não funcionava no hotel, não recomendo.

Não recomendo! O quarto é bom, porém pra quem diz ser 4 estrelas o serviço é péssimo. Entram no quarto sem bater a porta, sem contar que três equipes diferentes fazem isso por dia. Wi-fi não funcionou por 2 dias dentro do quarto. No café prepare-se para disputar alguns itens pois a disponibilidade é baixa e a reposição é lenta. Pra coroar, mesmo após se hospedar por dias não espere que lhe darão algumas poucas horas extras pro checkout.

Hotel é bem estruturado e localizado, com bons equipamentos de uso, tais como piscina, bar, spa. Os quartos são bons, mas a decoração é escura, como dos corredores. Vejo como negativo.Os serviços atenderam as necessidades básicas. Boa higiene e limpeza em geral. Estacionamento. Extras são caros.Café da manhã é muito bom, diversificado, com certos pedidos feito na hora. Custo benefício razoável. Recomendo.

Además de no disponer de todos los servicios que ofrecía el hotel en situaciones anteriores al covid, nos cobraron más del doble del precio habitual por ser noche vieja. Debido a una urgencia médica, tuvimos que abandonar el hotel 2 horas después de llegar. Pedimos al día siguiente llegar a un acuerdo por no haber hecho prácticamente uso de la habitación y nos lo rechazaron. No nos han ofrecido nada por el contratiempo que tuvimos. Nos sentimos desatendidos y sin ningún tipo de compasión. No cuidan sus clientes.Cero recomendable!

Muy buen hotel, muy cuidado y el personal super amable. Cercano a la playa en 10minutos y a 20 del centro de Donosti. A 10 minutos de lasterrazas del barrio del Antiguo.

Bonito hotel, habitaciones cómodas, buen colchón donde hemos dormido de lujo. Nos adelantaron la hora del check in y así pudimos dejar las maletas en la habitación sobre las 13.30 (muy agradecidos). La ducha con su columna de masaje muy placentera. Opción de parking por 17€/día.Extrañamos que a las 23.00 horas el bar (un sabado) estuviera cerrado y no pudieras tomar nada a la vuelta de cenar. Buena higiene y medidas para el Covid. Botellita de agua al hacer el check out para el viaje de vuelta un detalle que se agradece.

Buen hotel, con estupenda ubicación ( 10' de Ondarreta y 30 hasta el puerto andando) y recientemente reformado sobre todo en zonas comunes, estupenda tambiénla piscina, cama y almohada, con las dificultades de hoy en día el desayuno esta bien ( 17 €). Entre los debes estáel tamaño de la habitación que me tocó ( un poco justo, incluido el baño) y el propio baño, tan bonito como poco funcional. Relación calidad precio en Agosto 2020 ( en plena épocaCOVID19) muy adecuada.

The hotel is not well maintained. The bathroom has mold ☹️ Room is badly isolated as we woke up several times during the night. In addition, there are construction works right close to the hotel and the swimming pool - the surfaces are covered with the layer of dust.

The hotel had a nice lobby bar area to chill. Room was decent but the shower/tub area of the bathroom was tiny and difficult for larger sized people to shower. Breakfast selection was good. There is no airconditioning (just heater) so you will have to open the windows or the room will be stuffy. Walk to the old town will take about 40 minutes. But you can take a right and walk 7 minutes to a small town area where there are eateries and a church.

Average hotel, rooms not the newest but ok, maybe a bit small. Breakfast was good, big pool.... Gym was aweful - everything was old, warn and things were falling appart.

Wow such a great hotel. Big room comfy beds. An amazing shower. Great location close to the beach and city centre. Food in the bar is of a quality standard.

Loved the cozy hotel. Rooms are great tidy and large enough. Breakfast buffet is amazing with lot of variability. Pool is clean and big with tanning area. But its 15 mins walking away from the beach.

Nice hotel that's within 7 min from La Concha beach. The only issue is that it's a little far from stores and restaurants. But the service is good and the staff is friendly. We even received a post card containing a thank you note along with a sugar and butter cookie!

Stunning looking hotel on the inside. Room was adequate, although the air conditioning didn't work. Bed and specially the pillows were very comfortable. Fast wifi all over the hotel. Lots of parking space. Also situated close to the beach. Breakfast was really delicious. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here
