No geral a experiência foi a melhor. Tudo incluído. Ótima comida, drinks incríveis pedem o Bob Marley com Rum absolutamente delicioso 😋. Soja foi meu restaurante favorito e buffet de café-da-manhã com suco de Sorrel todas as manhãs, somos perfeitos. As praias são um sonho, águas calmas e claras. O resort sempre vem com atividades de praia. Fizemos caiaque, triciclo e snorkeling. Muita diversão. Irá recomendar a todos

Overall the experience was the best. All inclusive. Great food, amazing drinks ask for the Bob Marley with Rum absolutely delicious 😋. Soy was my favorite restaurant and breakfast buffet with Sorrel juice every morning we're perfect. The beaches are a dream, calm clear waters. The resort always comes with beach activities. We did kayaking, the tricycle and snorkeling. So much fun. Will recommend to everyone

Esta é a segunda vez que estive em Beaches, Negril com minha família e foi absolutamente maravilhoso e incrível! ! A comida é maravilhosa e fresca, e extremamente diversificada. Existem vários restaurantes diferentes com comida temática diferente. Os bares e bebidas também foram incríveis. Este é um ótimo lugar para famílias, tem inúmeras comodidades para entreter crianças e adultos. Todos são extraordinariamente simpáticos e acolhedores. Houve muitos eventos divertidos à noite, para crianças e adultos.Levon nos ajudou a organizar muitas viagens de snorkel, além de encontrar um fornecedor externo confiável e seguro para nos levar em uma longa excursão de mergulho com snorkel. Ele foi super amigável e se certificou de que estávamos confortáveis com novas experiências aquáticas. Adrian H. também foi super amigável e provavelmente um dos melhores barmen do resort de longe. Ele fez bebidas doces divertidas que foram bem elaboradas e apresentadas de uma maneira divertida e colorida. Eu saía do meu caminho para parar no bar onde ele trabalhava porque ele apenas tornava as bebidas melhores. Ele é muito criativo com suas habilidades de mixologia e foi além em seu serviço. Se você precisar de alguma coisa esses caras são os únicos a ir também!! Eles arrasam!No geral, minha família e eu tivemos uma experiência maravilhosa. O resort era lindo, praia e água intocada e tivemos um grande momento no parque aquático. A comida em todo foi ótima também. Gostaria que não fosse uma viagem tão grande do aeroporto, e havia mais algumas opções de restaurantes. No geral - tivemos um tempo maravilhoso! Vamos voltar a um resort de praias!

This is the second time I've been to Beaches, Negril with my family and it has been absolutely wonderful and amazing!! Food is wonderful and fresh, and extremely diverse. There are several different restaurants with different themed food. The bars and drinks were amazing as well. This is a great place for families, it has numerous amenities to entertain kids as well as adults. Everyone is extraordinarily friendly and welcoming. There were many fun events in the evening, for kids and adults.Levon helped us arrange many snorkel trips as well as finding a safe reliable outside vendor to take us on a long snorkeling excursion. He was super friendly and made sure we were comfortable with new water experiences. Adrian H. also was super friendly and probably one of the best bartenders on the resort by far. He made fun sweet drinks that were well crafted, and presented in a fun colorful way. I would go out of my way to stop by the bar where he worked because he just made the drinks better. He is very creative with his mixology skills and went above and beyond in his serving. If you need anything these guys are the ones to go too!! They rock!Overall my family and I had a wonderful experience. The beaches are clean and beautiful and the view from Beaches Negril is stunning. Thank you ❤️

The resort was beautiful, beach and water pristine and we had a great time at the water park. The food throughout was great as well. Wish it wasn't such a commute from the airport, and there were a few more restaurant options. Overall - we had an amazing time! We'll be going back to a Beaches resort!

Nossa experiência foi boa, mas não ótima. Quando saímos do aeroporto, o porteiro nos pediu uma gorjeta, assim como o motorista quando entramos no resort. Embora eu não tenha problemas com a gorjeta, isso não atende à promessa da marca Sandals/Beaches. O resort está mostrando sua idade e nosso quarto tinha um ar condicionado que vazava água no chão quando você entra na área do banheiro. No geral, a equipe foi super amigável e ótima com nosso filho, a comida era boa, a praia era incrível. Eu provavelmente não voltaria ao Beaches Negril nem recomendaria a um amigo.

Uma experiência agradável para os meninos, a equipe foi excepcional e proativa. Tive uma interação particularmente agradável com Ricardo da equipe de concierge, fui acima e além do dever com uma abordagem agradável e amigável, independentemente da solicitação.Os restaurantes temáticos são bons, como esperado, mas o Stew Fish foi um entalhe acima do resto. Se você tiver a chance de ir aos restaurantes de reserva para jantar, certifique-se de chegar a tempo, pois eles lotam rapidamente!

Our experience was good, but not great. As we left the airport the porter point blank asked us to tip him, as did the driver when we pulled into the resort. While I don't have an issue tipping, this does not meet the Sandals/Beaches brand promise. The resort is showing its age and our room had an air conditioner that leaked water on the floor as you enter the bathroom area. Overall, the staff was super friendly and great with our son, the food was just okay, the beach was amazing. I likely would not return to Beaches Negril nor would I recommend to a friend.

A delightful experience for the boys, the staff were exceptional and proactive. I had a particularly pleasant interaction with Ricardo from the concierge team, went above and beyond the call of duty with a pleasant and friendly approach no matter the ask. The themed restaurants are good as expected but Stew Fish was a notch above the rest. If you get a chance to go to the reservation restaurants for dinner, ensure to get there on time as they fill up fast!

Este lugar é muito divertido para crianças.. e adultos. O melhor recurso sem dúvida tem que ser o acampamento infantil no local e os serviços gerais de cuidados infantis. Minha família extensa e eu passamos alguns dias em Beaches Negril em julho de 2022 e deixamos as crianças do nosso grupo no acampamento no segundo dia de nossa viagem. A equipe do acampamento foi amigável, atenciosa e muito paciente com as crianças. O acampamento era limpo, seguro e aparentemente muito divertido. As crianças adoraram.

Nice family resort with a nice water park, the beach is bigger than Sandals. I had a nice drink and watched a cooking show which was yummy. Also stopped at the French coffee shop where they serve crepes,pretty good. I was staying at Sandals , I enjoyed it!

This place is loads of fun for children.. and adults. The best feature hands down has to be the on-site kids camp and general child care services. My extended family and I spent a few days at Beaches Negril in July 2022 and left the children in our group at the camp on the second day of our trip. The staff in the camp were friendly, caring and very patient with the children. The camp was clean, safe and seemingly loads of fun. The children loved it.

Levei meu filho para as férias de primavera. Foi fantástico. a equipe foi amigável, a comida era incrível. Havia muito o que fazer. Nós realmente apreciamos as atividades de praia no local disponíveis para nós, não precisamos pagar por essas comodidades. O quarto era de alto nível, a equipe de arrumação foi ótima e fez um ótimo trabalho limpando nosso quarto e dando id extras solicitados. Os restaurantes eram de alto nível. Took my son for Spring break. It was amazing. the staff was friendly, the food was amazing. There was so much to do. We really enjoyed the onsite beach activities available to us we did not need to pay for these amenities. The room was top-notch, the housekeeping staff was great and did a great job cleaning our room and giving extras id requested. The restaurants were top-notch. I can't wait to go back. My son is asking if we could go back over the summer. Keep up the good work Beaches.

Chegou em 27.12.19. Resort foi ótimo. Localização é ao lado de Alfred para fácil acesso a bares de praia. Jardim é muito agradável, com buffet e bar ao lado da praia. A segurança era de primeira qualidade. Sugiro verificar com eles todos os dias. Comida era melhor do que o esperado para a Jamaica. Bebidas não eram tão boas. A recepção foi a parte mais fraca do resort. Eles não estavam bem informados dos quartos. Nossa reserva pedia 2 quartos com 2 camas de casal para acomodar um casal e 3 adultos. No check-in, fomos informados de que eles tinham apenas um quarto duplo e um quarto king deixando alguém com uma cama. Totalmente inaceitável para o número de pessoas que tínhamos. Nós não aceitamos essa situação e depois de uma hora fomos forçados a fazê-lo, então pegamos os dois quartos e o segundo quarto, que nos disseram que tinha uma cama king size, na verdade, tinha as duas camas de casal reservadas. Totalmente sem noção. Depois disso, tudo foi melhor do que o esperado do nível de um resort. Definitivamente voltaria.

Nós se hospedaram com um grupo de 9 no Grand abacaxi em Negril. A equipe foi muito acolhedora. As camas e os quartos são pequenos, mas hey, com 7 km de praia, quem se importa com o que os quartos parecem. Todos nós solicitamos lado do oceano e funcionou perfeitamente. O hotel em si é kinda mais velhos, mas eles muito cuidado com ele. A comida estava ótima. Esta foi a nossa primeira viagem de Jamaica e adorei cada pedacinho dela. Também notamos que a segurança está no ponto. As minhas duas irmãs mais novas vieram connosco e nunca tiveram problemas em sair do resort ou caminhar pela praia. Tendo uma pequena loja conveniente em frente ao hotel foi incrível para ir para pegar água engarrafada por noite ou apenas tentar autêntica itens jamaicanos de padaria. Eu nunca fiz atravessar a rua para verificar o resto do resort, mas eu amei as partes do lado do oceano do resort. Nós amamos muito, estamos voltando em Março para uma estadia mais longa. Muitas cadeiras de praia estão disponíveis. O oceano é absolutamente lindo. A localização é perfeita. Se você está procurando um ótimo lugar para ficar, mas não quer quebrar o banco, eu recomendo verificar Grand Pineapple. Como afirmado anteriormente no post, quando em férias que passa tempo nos quartos? Eles são limpos diariamente.

Passamos uma semana no Beaches Negril em março de 2022 e nos divertimos muito. Havia tantas atividades diferentes para as crianças, a praia e a propriedade geralmente eram limpas e bonitas, e os restaurantes tinham boa variedade e comida decente. A única coisa ruim que eu poderia dizer era que eu gostaria que houvesse mais cadeiras de praia/piscina, ou a equipe limpava regularmente as cadeiras reservadas sem uso. We spent a week at Beaches Negril in March 2022 and had a blast. There were so many different activities for the kids, the beach and property generally were clean and beautiful, and the restaurants had nice variety and decent food. The only bad thing I could say was I wish there were either more beach/pool chairs, or staff regularly cleaned off chairs reserved without use. We found that all chairs were reserved by 7:00 a.m. every morning.

Alguém poderia pensar que com 2 adultos e 3 crianças em 2 quartos conjugados seria entendido deixar mais de um xampu para compartilhar... NÃO. Uma vez solicitado, levou mais de 24 horas para o serviço de limpeza nos trazer. Além disso, nos forneceram 1 toalha de mão para 2 quartos e 5 pessoas. Serviço de abertura de cama - aparentemente, isso é padrão para todos os hóspedes, nos ofereceram 1 noite e esse foi o fim dessa oferta. Para um resort que você paga preços de 5 estrelas, você também deve receber limpeza de 5 estrelas, para mim, essa deve ser a parte mais fácil - deixe suprimentos adequados para o número de ocupantes no quarto. Hands down, one of the best resorts for a family vacation with younger kids. Great staff, food, water park on resort, restaurants. Overall this is the go to resort as a local when I think about treating my kids. Roy is exceptionally and the entire entertainment team made my kids birthdaymemorable.

One would think with 2 adults and 3 kids in 2 connecting rooms it would be understood to leave more than ONE shampoo to share...NOPE. Once requested, it took over 24 hours for housekeeping to bring to us. As well, we were provided with 1 hand towel for 2 rooms and 5 people. Turn-down service- apparently this is standard for all guests, we were offered 1 night and that was the end of that offer. For a resort that you pay 5-star pricing you should also receive 5-star housekeeping, to me that should be the easy part- leave adequate supplies for the number of occupants in the room. Severely lacking in this category.

Realmente me diverti aqui, nunca estive em sandálias antes, mas sinto que as praias são uma experiência tão boa quanto. Really had a nice time here, I've never been to sandals before but I feel like beaches Is just as good of an experience. You will save money if you book 3 nights or more, I still feel like the price is too high but it is all inclusive and the staff go above and beyond to ensure you are having a good time and that all of your needs are met. When I got to my room the shower wasn't working which sucked and they did end up fixing it but didn't give me any compensation for the inconvenience. The resort was pretty much empty the whole time which was nice

This was a great trip. The resort was great! The beach is so beautiful! The food was amazing! The staff was SO AWESOME!!!The staff is very friendly extremely talented (some amazing singers and dancers). and the staff definitely made our stay so much better. It was so nice to feel so welcomed with all of the smiles it was very nice. Delly (Delano) was so great and definitely had a positive impact on our stay my children and my whole family enjoyed interacting with him he was so AWESOME!!!! Definitely was our BEST family vacation so far :D

Este lugar é pura perfeição. Não sou uma pessoa fácil de agradar e Praias, Negril superou em muito qualquer expectativa que eu possivelmente teria. O lugar em si é lindo. Os quartos são incríveis. Os funcionários são todos gentis e simpáticos e prestativos. Tudo está limpo. Cada estação de desinfecção é abastecida todas as vezes. É seguro e absolutamente PERFEITO. O tempo estava 85° e ensolarado todos os dias e 75° à noite em janeiro. A água é cristalina e calma e perfeitamente rasa para as crianças. A areia é macia e branca. Eu poderia continuar e continuar, mas o fato é que este lugar é literalmente o paraíso na terra e eu sempre serei um grande fã e voltarei quantas vezes puder! Se tiver oportunidade, alugue as cabanas e peça Nordel. Ele foi ótimo o tempo todo. A verdade é que tudo e todos são simplesmente perfeitos 🇯🇲🌴

Meus dois filhos adultos (18 e 22) e eu planejávamos ir a Cancún para uma curta viagem depois do Natal. Como as coisas estavam instáveis lá, mudei de última hora nossos planos de ir para Beaches Negril. Tivemos uma experiência tão divertida desde o momento em que chegamos lá até o momento em que partimos !! Chegamos no final da tarde e fomos direto para o bar do teatro após o check-in, onde encontramos o Kevin! Kevin foi o começo perfeito para nossas férias. Ele nos recebeu com drinks deliciosos e nos encorajou a ficar para o show. Nós nos instalamos e ficamos maravilhados com o quão talentosos os cantores e dançarinos eram! Passamos os próximos dias na praia. No primeiro dia tivemos cadeiras de praia e no segundo uma cabana. O nosso anfitrião da cabana, Nordel, cuidou muito bem de nós e tivemos um dia descontraído e relaxante junto à água. Quando estávamos saindo, encontramos Della e Lancelot, que foram anfitriões incríveis e nos deram as boas-vindas de volta. Tivemos um grande momento do início ao fim! Praias Negril tem algo para cada faixa etária e esse foi um dos motivos que eu escolhi. A comida era deliciosa, as bebidas eram excelentes e os nossos anfitriões foram gentis, acolhedores e simpáticos! Mal podemos esperar para voltar!

Atención 100%, realmente saben cómo malcriar al huésped, restaurantes para todos los gustos. Es un exclusivo all inclusive y es para familias, pero es tan bueno que los padres se pueden relajar mientras los hijos se divierten. Recomiendo 100% el restaurante italiano VENETTIA , con su exclusivo chefitaliano Andrea. My two adult children (18 and 22) and I were planning to go to Cancun for a short trip after Christmas. Because things were unsettled there, I made a last-minute change to our plans to go to Beaches Negril.We had a such a fun experience from the time we got there to the time we left!! We arrived late afternoon and went straight to the theater bar after checking in where we met Kevin!Kevin was the perfect beginning to our vacation. He welcomed us with delicious drinks and encouraged us to stay for the show.We settled in and were blown away by how talented the singers and dancers were! We spent the next few days at the beach. The first day we had beach chairs and the second a cabana. Our cabana host, Nordel, took great care of us and we had a carefree, relaxing day by the water. As we were leaving, we met Della and Lancelot who were amazing hosts and welcomed us back. We had a great time from start to finish! Beaches Negril has something for every age group which was one of the reasons I chose it. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and our hosts were gracious, welcoming, and friendly!We can’t wait to go back!

This place is sheer perfection. I am not an easy person to please and Beaches, Negril far surpassed any expectation I would possibly have. The place itself is beautiful. The rooms are amazing. The staff are all kind and friendly and helpful. Everything is clean. Every sanitizing station is filled every time. It’s safe and just absolutely PERFECT. The weather was 85° and sunny everyday and 75° at night in January. The water iscrystal clear and calm and perfectly shallow for kids. The sand is soft and white. I could go on and on and on but the fact is this place is literally heaven on earth and I will forever be a huge fan and I will come back as many times as I possibly can! If you get a chance, rent the cabanas and ask for Nordel. He was terrific the entire time. Truth is, everything and everyone is just perfect 🇯🇲🌴

No me he alojado allí, pero intenté entrar para llevar a un grupo de 12 a cenar y al bar. Me dijeron que no. Dije bien, ¿podemos caminar hasta la playa? Muy groseramente no. La playa es pública y abierta de par en par. Esto fue en 2020. Hoy traté de dejarle caer el regalo de cumpleaños de un amigo. Trabaja ahí. Yo estaba parado enfrente y ella me dijo que tenía que salir a la CALLE a esperar. ¡Y también echó a mi conductor a la calle! ¿No podría quedarme ahí parado? Ridículo. Es una pena que el personal tenga que seguir reglas tan estúpidas. El lugar nunca conseguirá mi negocio

Eu não fiquei lá, mas tentei entrar para levar um grupo de 12 para o jantar e o bar. Disseram-me que não. Eu disse ok podemos caminhar até a praia? Muito rudemente não. A praia é aberta e pública. Isso foi em 2020. Hoje tentei dar o presente de aniversário de um amigo para ele. Ele trabalha lá. Eu estava parado na frente e ela me disse que eu tinha que ir até a RUA para esperar! E ela chutou meu motorista para a rua também! Eu não poderia simplesmente ficar lá? Ridículo. É uma pena que o pessoal tenha de seguir regras tão estúpidas. O lugar nunca vai pegar meu negócio

I haven't stayed there but tried to walk in to take a group of 12 for dinner and the bar. I was told no. I said ok can we walk through to the beach? Very rudely no. The beach is wide open and public. This was 2020. Today I tried to drop a friend's birthday present to him. He works there. I was standing out front and she told me I had to go out to the STREET to wait! And she kicked my driver out to the street too! I couldn't just stand there? RIdiculous. Shame the staff has to follow such stupid rules. Place will never get my business

100% recomendado el resort para vacacionar en familia. Tiene un lugar especial para que los niños jueguen. Tiene muchos lugares opcionales para comer. El buffet es muy rico y saludable. Tienen comida italiana, hibachi, mexicana,pizza, un café con postres y el frozen yogurt. La seguridad en el lugar es muy buena. Los empleados son muy amables y atentos. Todo está en orden y limpio. Y ahora en tiempos de covid el desinfectar todo es muy importante y ellos lo hacen. Regresé a casa enamorada de la gente jamaiquina. Beaches Negril es una preciosura.

Grande resort de orçamento. Já estive lá quatro vezes e, devo dizer, as reformas realmente iluminaram o resort. A única desvantagem é que a seleção de alimentos não é "ótima" e, às vezes, pode ficar sem bebidas no bar. Grite para Marvette no bar, ela é incrível!

¡Amo este lugar! No es tan elegante como algunos hoteles de la zona, pero estaba muy limpio, cómodo, con un personal muy agradable y servicial, que en mi opinión es un hallazgo raro. Hice muchos nuevos amigos durante las vacaciones aquí y todos nos hicimos más cercanos. Este fue mi primer viaje a Jamaica, pero debido al excelente trato y la hospitalidad que me brindaron aquí, regresaré.

Gran complejo económico. He estado allí cuatro veces, y debo decir que las renovaciones realmente alegran el complejo. El único inconveniente es que la selección de comida no es "excelente" y, en ocasiones, puede quedarse sin alcohol en el bar. Sin embargo, dile a Marvette en el bar, ¡es increíble!

Eu amo esse lugar! Não é tão chique quanto alguns hotéis da região, mas era muito limpo, confortável, com uma equipe muito boa e acolhedora, o que, em minha opinião, é um achado raro. Fiz muitos novos amigos passando férias aqui, dos quais todos nós ficamos próximos. Esta foi minha primeira viagem à Jamaica, mas por causa do excelente tratamento e hospitalidade que recebi aqui, estarei de volta.

Great budget resort. Been there four times now, and I must say, the renovations really brighten the resort up. The only downsides is food selection is not "great," and on occasion may run out of spirits at bar. Shout out to Marvette at the bar though, she is awesome!

I Love this place! Its not as fancy as some hotels in the area but it was very clean, comfortable, with very nice accommodating staff, which in my opinion is a rare find. I made many new friends vacationing here which we all grew close. This was my first Jamaican trip, but because of the outstanding treatment and hospitality I was given here, I will be return.

Me respondieron del hotel la próxima llamé al callejón center para mis inquietudes sobre la comida sin gluten. Les contesto lo que hice: reservé por internet ahí deje expresado la alergia de mi mujer al gluten. Segundo: les mande un mail expresando la alergia al gluten. Tercero: cuando llame al callejón center deje expresado la alergia al gluten de mi mujer. Cuarto: cuando llegue al hotel deje expresado la alergia al gluten de mi mujer. Quinto: llene dos formularios por la alergia al glutende mi mujer. Así y todo tuvimos problemas con comida sin gluten. O sea. Cambien las formas porque así no está funcionando y en un hotel donde se dice ser 5 estrellas de lujo eso no puede pasar.

Llegó el 27/12/19. El complejo fue genial. La ubicación está al lado de Alfred's para facilitar el acceso a los bares de la playa. Los jardines son muy agradables con buffet y bar justo al lado de la playa. La seguridad era de primera categoría. Sugiero consultar con ellos todos los días. La comida fue mejor de lo esperado para Jamaica. Las bebidas no eran tan buenas. La recepción fue la parte más débil del complejo. No estaban bien informados de las habitaciones. Nuestra reserva requirió 2 habitaciones con 2 camas dobles para alojar a una pareja y 3 adultos. Al registrarnos nos dijeron que solo tenían una habitación doble y una habitación king dejando a alguien sin cama. Totalmente inaceptable para la cantidad de personas que teníamos. No aceptamos esa situación y después de una hora se vieron obligados a hacerlo, así que tomamos las dos habitaciones y la segunda habitación que nos dijeron que tenía una cama king en realidad tenía las dos camas dobles reservadas. Totalmente despistado. Después de eso, todo fue mejor de lo esperado desde el nivel de un resort. Definitivamente regresaría.

To begin with, only come here if you’re genuinely looking for a bargain hotel just mainly to enjoy the beach and sun. Let me start by saying the rooms are very old, no refrigerator... and we had a 1 year old baby with us. The wanted to charge $300+ because we arrived late at night supposedly a day before our reservation, keep in mind the entire reservation for almost 4 days was $400 for 3 people . Made no sense. Staff is always staring, not sure if they don’t like Hispanics or whites much. I personally 100% do not judge someone based on their background or skin color. The food, not impressed at all. Not a variety at all. Beautiful beaches and people, but they need to try to better their hotels to attract more tourism which is what helps the island a lot, financially. “All inclusive” but you must buy water bottles and closed drinks. Nothing to do with Sandals, at all

We stayed with a group of 9 at the Grand Pineapple in Negril. The staff was very accommodating. The beds and rooms are small but hey, with 7 miles of beach, who cares what the rooms look like. We all requested ocean side and it worked out perfectly. The hotel itself is kinda older but they take very good care of it. The food was great. This was our first Jamaica trip and loved every bit of it. We also noticed that security is on point. My two younger sisters came with us and they never had any trouble leaving the resort or walking the beach. Having a small convenient store across the street was awesome for going to grab bottled water for night or just trying authentic Jamaican bakery items. I never did walk across the street to check out the rest of the resort but I loved the ocean side parts of the resort. We loved it so much, we are heading back in March for a longer stay. Many beach side chairs are available. The ocean is absolutely beautiful. Location is perfect. If you are looking for a great place to stay but don't want to break the bank, I highly recommend checking out Grand Pineapple. Like stated earlier in the post, when on vacation who spends time in the rooms? They are cleaned daily.

This is the only resort that makes you pay for internet, the only resort that makes you pay extra to have a mini fridge in your room... if you're stuck on the garden side, crossing the street to get to the beach side becomes annoying... the morning staff seemed crabby and rude most of the time. The evening staff were great though. The bar was constantly running out of alcohol, if they weren't out of beer they were out of everything else... as far al all inclusive... I'll definitely be paying the little extra to stay at a better resort next time.

Perfect vacation spot. Great beach. Away from the beach traffic. When I had to travel off site I was provided a taxi service that took me to my destination, stayed with me and returned me to site safely.

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon and this is the BEST place to go if you're looking for a quiet retreat. While there isn't a whole lot to do, that's exactly what we were looking for. We didn't want to be distracted by all the planning and events we would feel obligated to attend. The bar was open all day and all night, and let me tell you. The drinks are AWESOME. It's very quiet during the day and we highly recommend. The pool is across the street on the "garden side" of the resort, and it was so cute! We saw a bunch of wild peacocks which were super cool. We stayed right across from the bar and restaurant and the noise wasn't an issue! There is security 24/7 which always made us feel safe. To reference, we traveled in the middle of July when it was really busy. The resort was definitely full, but it was never an issue for us. Definitely check this place out!

Arrived 12.27.19. Resort was great. Location is next to Alfred's for easy access to beach bars. Grounds are very nice with buffet and bar right next to beach. Security was top notch. I suggest checking in with them every day. Food was better than expected for Jamaica. Drinks were not that good. Front desk was the weakest part of the resort. They were not well informed of the rooms. Our reservation called for 2 rooms with 2 double beds to accommodate one couple and 3 adults. Upon check in we were told they only had one double room and one king room leaving someone with out a bed. Totally unacceptable for the number of people we had. We did not accept that situation and after an hour were forced to, so we took the two rooms and the second room which we were told had a king bed actually had the two double beds as booked. Totally clueless. After that everything was better than expected from the level of a resort. Would definitely return.

La gente muy amable y buena onda. Uno de los fuertes del hotel son los deportes acuáticos. Tiene mucha variedad de comidas, tiene 10 lugares diferentes. La playa y las piletas son muy buenas. Hay actividades a lo largo del día para chicos y para la familia.

Es un complejo familiar. Tiene un diseño muy bien pensado y combina espacios de playa con piscina ideal para todos los gustos. El personal es increíble, nos atendieron muy bien a mi y a toda mi familia. Se tienen muchas actividades infantiles durante el día que evitan el aburrimiento de los pequeños.
