“O quarto precisava de reforma para um hotel de 4 estrelas (paredes sujas, objetos quebrados). Mas estava limpo e a cama era confortável. O café da manhã foi no nível de um hotel de duas estrelas. Se eu tivesse pago apenas um terço do preço, ficaria satisfeito, mas com esses preços tenho expectativas mais altas. O almoço como alternativa ao café da manhã é atrevido na forma como o recebi. Por dois dias, escolhi um almoço embalado em vez de café da manhã, exceto que não havia terminado a tempo, quase não havia nada nele. Continha apenas um sanduíche, uma pequena garrafa de água, uma banana e uma maçã. Quando solicitado, foi dito que custaria uma taxa extra se você quisesse mais. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e tentaram resolver os problemas, infelizmente sem um resultado satisfatório. Eu não voltarei.”
