“Biohazard waste was left in the hall by the elevator on 6th floor. Reading other reviews about dirty bloody sheets and bedding I now see why. They are located next to the plastic surgeon. The guests are having their massages in the rooms bleeding on the beds. This is a quick way to get reported to BBB and board of health. The ac smelled . Never again...save your money. Hallway smelled like weed and people smoking at the pool. Not kid friendly.”

I met Rafael at the front desk on my first trip here. He gave me his cell number and asked me to contact him if I need to return. We’ve had 5 rooms he’s juggled for various stays and alway messages me back that he’s taken care of it. This is a great location and property. No issues whatsoever.”
