The cleaning staff was not available during our stay, but the rest of the team did what they could to attend to our needs and make it a great stay.Overall an amazing hotel and I am sure they will get back to 5 full stars once COVID is over and they can resume their full services.”

Este complejo podría ser mucho mejor.Ayer nuestro check in fue a las 4 pm. Llegamos a las 350 pm. La habitación no estuvo lista hasta las 5:45 p. m. Si bien entiendo que hay problemas de personal en todas partes, deberían retener nuevas reservas. Los clientes aquí se merecen algo mejor. El personal del bar en el salón de descubrimiento fue increíble y un punto brillante solitario hasta ahora. Las botellas de agua en la habitación y en el área del spa deben enfriarse. Nadie debería beber agua tibia cuando hace calor. Hoy NO había comida en la zona de spa. Así que tuvimos que abandonar nuestra área, perdimos nuestro buen lugar en la piscina para ir a buscar comida a la propiedad. Espero que nuestra estadía hasta el lunes mejore, pero el servicio potencial y la experiencia podrían haber sido mucho mejores. Actualmente no recomendaría Boulders en este momento.

Este resort poderia ser muito melhor.Ontem nosso check-in foi às 16h. Chegamos lá às 350 da noite. A sala não estava pronta até as 17h45. Embora eu entenda que há problemas de pessoal em todos os lugares, eles deveriam reter novas reservas. Os clientes aqui merecem melhor. A equipe do bar no lounge Discovery foi incrível e um ponto brilhante solitário até agora. Garrafas de água no quarto e na área do spa devem ser resfriadas. Ninguém deve beber água morna no calor. Não havia comida na área de spa hoje. Então tivemos que deixar nossa área, perdemos nosso bom local na piscina para ir buscar comida na propriedade. Espero que nossa estadia até segunda-feira melhore, mas o serviço e a experiência em potencial poderiam ter sido muito melhores. Atualmente não recomendaria Boulders neste momento.

This resort could be so much better. Yesterday our check in was at 4 pm. We get there at 350pm. The Room wasn’t ready until 545pm. While I understand there are staffing issues everywhere they should be withholding new reservations. The customers here deserve better. The Bar staff at the discovery lounge were amazing and a lone bright spot so far. Water bottles in the room and at the spa area should be chilled. No one should be drinking warm water in the heat. There was NO food at the spa area today. So we had to leave our area, lost our good pool spot to go get food off the property. I hope that our stay through Monday gets better but the potential service and experience could have been so much better. Currently would not recommend Boulders at this time.

Una ubicación única con un hermoso campo de golf, plantas y montañas. El personal era amable y nos hizo sentir como si estuviéramos en casa. Somos residentes aquí, pero decidimos hacer una estadía corta mientras la mayoría de los turistas se han ido durante el verano. Um local único com belo campo de golfe, plantas e montanhas. Os funcionários foram simpáticos e nos fizeram sentir como se estivéssemos voltando para casa. Somos residentes aqui, mas decidimos fazer uma estadia curta enquanto a maioria dos turistas está fora no verão. Os preços do golfe diminuem um pouco no verão, eu acho, mas a comida ainda era cara, como esperado. Ainda vale a pena. As piscinas são lindas e você pode passar o dia todo nelas! Lindos jardins e acomodações divertidas. A equipe foi totalmente simpática e prestativa em todos os momentos. This hotel is an amazing location. The footprint of the land owned by Hilton is huge and contains two golf courses and a nature path. At night the resort is fairly dark which really adds to the place. You can see stars overhead at night.The staff were amazing. There are plenty of staff driving carts to take you places around the resort. In the heat of the day that is very beneficial.There are two restaurants open for dinner. One is an American grill style place and the other is a Mexican food restaurant. The Mexican place has great food and a neat selection of tequilas and margaritas.The Grill is open for lunch and dinner and has pretty good food as well.The rooms are Casitas spread across the resort with some amazing views to be had. The floors are stone and the bathrooms have a tub and separate shower. The beds are comfortable as are the pillows. The air conditioning works well. They also provide a good supply of bottled water.A couple of the faucet handles in our room (243) were quite loose. It made finding the correct temperature. The trick was to turn it quite hot and then bring the temperature down. One of the sinks of the double vanity had a loose cold water handle which meant you almost had to use two hands to shut the water off. The faucet of that sink almost sprayed water instead of pouring water. We did not complain about these items to the resort as we found them pretty minor and really enjoyed our stay. I'll let the front desk know about these quirks prior to checking out. I am certain the staff would have addressed these issues if I had alerted them.Bottom line, we plan to search out other Curio collection hotels for future vacations.

Gorgeous grounds and fun accommodations. Staff was entirely friendly and helpful at all times. Lots of places to eat in the close vicinity, and within easy driving distance of a number of day trips. Little disappointed that there were no spa services on Monday and Tuesday, but the pools were great. Nature walk on the grounds was relaxing.

Minha irmã e eu tivemos um fim de semana feminino em Scottsdale. Nossa primeira parada foi em Boulders e nossa segunda parada foi em The Phoenician. Os terrenos e o quarto de hotel em Boulders não eram nem comparáveis aos fenícios! Boulders tem o design paisagístico mais incrível e seus quartos são impecáveis! Tudo sobre Boulders era LINDO! Mas… o serviço ao cliente era mais do que deficiente! Quase todos os membros da equipe com quem entramos em contato eram muito curtos e não ajudavam. Por exemplo, fomos deixados na área comercial de Boulders e nos disseram que estávamos no restaurante, no entanto, não tínhamos ideia de onde ficava o restaurante e o motorista não nos deu nenhuma orientação sobre onde deveríamos ir . Tivemos várias experiências como essa em Boulders! Mas… ainda não consigo entender como os jardins são lindos! Então aí está!

My sister and I had a girls weekend in Scottsdale. Our first stop was Boulders and our second stop was The Phoenician. The grounds and the hotel room at Boulders were not even comparable to the Phoenician! Boulders has the most amazing landscape design and their rooms are impeccable! Everything about Boulders was GORGEOUS! But… the customer service was more than lacking! Almost every staff member that we came into contact with were very short and not helpful. For example, we were dropped off at the shopping area at Boulders and we’re told that we were at the restaurant, however, we had no idea where the restaurant was and the driver did not give us any direction as to where we should go. We had several experiences like this at Boulders! But… I still cannot get over how beautiful the grounds are! So there it is!

A localização do quarto não importa, pois você é escoltado em todos os lugares por carrinhos de golfe. As casitas são bem decoradas e limpas. No entanto, sua idade mostra em algumas áreas, mas nada desanimador. My husband and I have stayed at a few Curio hotels by Hilton. This property is very beautiful but I was left wanting a little more. The lay out of the property is great. Location of the room does not matter as you are escorted everywhere via golf carts. The casitas are well decorated and clean. However their age shows in a few areas but nothing off putting. Room service is only for dinner and the food is okay but not worth the price. My husband and I are not golfers but this property would be perfect for all the golfers out there. I wouldn't recommend this property for families. We traveled with family and it is definitely a resort for adults that can minimally accommodate families.

The Boulders Resort is a true gem in the desert. Guest get the spa vibe throughout the resort and the staff is very helpful. The golf course was pristine and greens were in great shape. Pool facilities have great views— and the sound of the water fall made the space feel very relaxing. Architecture throughout combines well with the desert landscape and decor is very tasteful. Casita room lay out is very functional. The best room feature are the stone floors— the cool ground is a nice touch when you wake up in the morning. Many people complain about the room location to the amenities— however, I find this to be a plus, because it allows you to have a very private experience. Plus the walks around the grounds are very beautiful. Highly Recommend

This is a beautiful resort despite the fact that theproperty needs a bit of TLC. The bell staff was exceptional.They shuttle guests all over the property in golf carts.The pools are all very nice.The registration staff seemed inexperienced as it took three full days to resolve an issue with our reservation.

Had a very disappointing experience/stay. Checked in Friday afternoon and noticed a tub full of bugs. I showed front desk the pictures/video of the bugs and their solution was have someone come and look at it which they did but the bugs came back the next morning the next solution was to switch rooms but that would have been a down grade and we loved the view we had. Sad to say we had this experience because We have been coming here for the past couple years for our anniversary. Hopefully they correct this before others have same experience.Restaurants are amazing and close to fun night life places.

Tuve una experiencia / estancia muy decepcionante. Registré el viernes por la tarde y noté una bañera llena de insectos. Le mostré a la recepción las fotos / video de los errores y su solución fue que alguien viniera y lo viera, lo cual hicieron, pero los errores volvieron a la mañana siguiente.La siguiente solución fue cambiar de habitación, pero eso habría sido una mala calificación y nosotros. Me encantó la vista que teníamos. Es triste decir que tuvimos esta experiencia porque hemos estado viniendo aquí durante los últimos dos años para celebrar nuestro aniversario. Ojalá corrijan esto antes de que otros tengan la misma experiencia. Los restaurantes son increíbles y están cerca de lugares divertidos para la vida nocturna.

We had a wonderful stay! Everyone at the resort was kind and very accommodating. There was always someone there to answer questions we had or to get us anything we needed. Our room was clean with a great view. We will definately stay at The Boulders again!

Grande resort do início ao fim. Equipe amigável, quartos limpos, ótimo chuveiro e cama confortável! Amenidades incríveis e as vistas são incríveis! Não decepciona. A única coisa a saber é que a localização é em North Scottsdale, por isso é um pouco longe de tudo, mas isso não foi problema para nós.

Breathtaking scenery, friendly staff, private rooms and delicious food. The only downside to this place are the pillows. They offer zero support regardless of how you try to fold them. Everything else about this resort is perfect for a getaway. Stunning golf course, beautiful pool, gym access, nature trails, restaurants and the best nature has to offer.

Raramente deixo comentários, mas pensei que era necessário nesta situação. Minha esposa e eu queríamos ir para algum lugar na costa oeste depois de tudo cobiçado para umas férias curtas. Aterrissamos no Arizona. Olhando para as pedras, decidimos que seria uma boa férias relaxantes.A estadia foi ótima. O cenário era lindo. Os quartos são um pouco mais velhos, o que é normal, senti que acrescentou um monte de grande personagem. Nós nos divertimos muito. Se você está procurando mais ou menos para relaxar, este é o lugar certo.

This would be a 5 star review except for one of the waitresses in the small cafe there across from the golf shop. Without naming names, but a cash payment I made on a $32 check was more than enough to cover it. She just made the assumption that is was hers to keep and argued with me about it.Golf wise, we played the South back nine and North front. Our group of 8 really enjoyed our time there and will come back.

I rarely leave reviews but I thought it was necessary in this situation. My wife and I wanted to go somewhere in the west coast after everything covid for a short vacation. We landed on Arizona. Looking at the boulders we decided it would be a good relaxing vacation. The stay was great. The backdrop was beautiful. The rooms are a bit older which is okay I felt it added a lot of great character. We had a really good time. If you are looking for more or less to unwind this is the place.

Daria zero estrelas, se possível. Campo sul jogado - os 9 de trás eram chatos, o campo estava em péssimas condições, nenhum serviço como comida / água / banheiros. Depois de almoçarmos no grill, ouvimos o gerente treinando os funcionários sobre como essencialmente extorquir mais dinheiro dos hóspedes (ex. Digamos que você não tenha uma mesa pronta e mande-os para o bar esperar) Era impróprio discutir isso ao alcance da voz dos convidados e prenunciar como a noite foi. Would give zero stars if possible. Played south course - the back 9 were boring, course was in pretty bad shape, no services like food / water/ bathrooms. After we had lunch at grill where we heard the manager training employees on how to essentially extort more money out of guests (ex. Say you don’t have a table ready and send them to the bar to wait). It was inappropriate to discuss that within earshot of guests and foreshadowed how the night went. We were celebrating anniversary - resort requires full payment upfront, then additional deposit and continues to hit your card for everything prior to your head even hitting the pillow. We were harassed by night manager Lee by text at 8 o clock at night for more money...Before we could even stay and after giving them the full payment for room, golf and deposit. She was so condescending and unreasonable we left sacrificing the $1k plus for one night. Our casita with a view had no view and just a giant tree covering the balcony. Will never go back.

Os quartos são espaçosos, claros e arejados. O cenário do deserto é agradável. A comida é boa.O passeio de balão de ar quente foi uma experiência nova, embora eu não sentisse necessidade de continuar fazendo isso.

The rooms are spacious, light, and airy. The desert scenery is pleasant. The food is good. The hot air balloon ride was a novel experience, though I wouldn't feel the need to keep doing it.

A mais bela paisagem. Muito relaxante. A piscina é um pouco datada e poderia ser maior. Os quartos são muito espalhados. Muito bom para o espaço, mas você precisa levar carrinhos de golfe para todos os lugares (incluindo para chegar ao seu carro). O hotel oferece passeios de cortesia 24 horas. Lembre-se de tudo quando sair do quarto, mas demora um pouco para voltar.

A equipe foi incrível, especialmente Tim. Literalmente, cada membro da equipe foi acima e além durante a nossa estadia. O resort também foi ideal para crianças e os quartos são espaçosos. Havia tanto para ver e fazer que tivemos de prolongar a nossa estadia por mais dois dias. Em geral, eu recomendo este lugar. A comida, bebidas e funcionários foram excelentes. O quarto e as comodidades ... ainda melhores.

El personal fue increíble, especialmente Tim. Literalmente, cada miembro del personal hizo todo lo posible durante nuestra estancia. El complejo también era adecuado para niños y las habitaciones son espaciosas. Había tanto que hacer y ver que tuvimos que extender nuestra estadía dos días más. En general, recomendaría encarecidamente este lugar. La comida, las bebidas y el personal eran geniales. La habitación y las comodidades ... incluso mejores.

Most beautiful landscape. Very relaxing. The pool is a bit dated and could be larger. Rooms are very spread out. Very nice for space, but you need take golf carts everywhere (including to get to your car). The hotel offers complimentary rides 24 hours. Remember everything when you leave your room bc it takes a bit to get back.

The staff was amazing, especially Tim. Literally every staff member went above and beyond during our stay. The resort was also kid friendly and the rooms are spacious. There was so much to do and see, we had to extend our stay two more days. Overall I would highly recommend this place. The food, drinks and staff were great. The room and amenities... even better.

Este lugar é único, sudoeste e lindo. Todo o resort é lindo. Nós amamos o cacto, muitos pequenos animais vagando e, claro, os Boulders. O layout único dos quartos, e ter pequenos adobes versus um prédio alto também foi ótimo. Nós gostamos de caminhar, e da piscina também. O Burro Malhado tinha excelente comida mexicana. O serviço foi excepcional, especialmente os motoristas de carrinhos de golfe. Se você não se hospedou aqui, eles têm motoristas de carrinho de golfe que o levarão por todo o resort (o que é ótimo se quente). Eles são tão prestativos e amigáveis. Eles realmente conhecem o Serviço. Estes foram alguns dias excelentes para minha família, e este é um lugar único para ficar. Eu recomendo.

This place is unique, southwest, and beautiful. The whole resort is gorgeous. We loved the cactus, many small animals roaming, and of course the Boulders. The unique layout of the rooms, and having small adobes versus a high rise was also great. We enjoyed walking around, and the pool too. The Spotted Donkey had great Mexican food. The service was exceptional, especially the golf cart drivers. If you haven't stayed here, they have golf cart drivers that will take you all over the resort (which is great if warm). They are so helpful and personable. They really know Service. This was a great few days for my family, and this is a unique place to stay. I highly recommend it.

Nuestra estancia estuvo bien pero no nos encantó. El diseño de la casita no estuvo muy práctico. Espacio muy limitado para las dos camas, que eran muy pequeñas (matrimoniales), otros lugares por lo regular tienen camas Queen. Hubiera preferido un sofá en lugar de dos sillones individuales. La televisión (arriba de la chimenea) es muy pequeña y queda muy lejos de las camas. Con la TV lejos y el color de las letras de la guía no se podía leer las letras muy bien. Me decepcionó que no pude accesar el gimnasio porque estaba en el spa y lo cerraron a las 6:30pm en viernes. Tampoco nos gustó que está diseñado para que te lleven a todos lados en los carritos de golf. Todo queda muy lejos y no hay estacionamiento cerca de las casitas. : ) Aparte de todo eso, el área está muy privada y la propiedad está muy bonita. El personal más amable fueron los choferes de los carritos. Una vez que pude acceder el gimnasio el día siguiente pude disfrutar el vapor y sauna en los vestidores.
