“The staff including the manager was very rude. We arrived at the hotel at approx. 1230 pm and was told our room wasn't ready yet. Which was understandable, however we waited until 245 when a shuttle arrived from the airport full of new arrivals that were all checked in and given rooms while we still continued to still wait. I called and spoke with the manager and explained that I was in the lobby watching other people being checked in ahead of us after we had already waited over 2 hours. He said he would come out and speak with us. He never did. After everyone else was checked in and given a room they the checked us in. We will not stay at a comfort suites again. The young girl (crystal) that keep us waiting was very rude any time we tried to ask her something. The young lady (erika)that checked us in was actually the only pleasant person we encountered. We were very disappointed.”

“I would recommend this hotel to everyone staying in the area. The staff went over and above, I cannot thank Vishal M, Alex S. Crystal A. and Erika D. enough for making the time we spent at the hotel pleasant and comfortable. No matter how little or big the request they were right there ready and willing to help in any way they could. Thank you for everything you did to accommodate my family and I. Comfort Suites Fort Lauderdale Airport South and Cruise Port will be the place we stay when in Fort Lauderdale.”
