“Así que era tarde en la noche, acabábamos de regresar de las vacaciones y teníamos un largo viaje por delante. Nuestra familia de cuatro estaba pensando en conducir el resto del camino a casa, pero mis padres llamaron para conseguirnos una habitación para pasar la noche y poder descansar un poco. Así que mi padre hizo la reserva por teléfono para nosotros, porque querían hacer esto por nosotros desde que acabamos de regresar. Mi padre es miembro de puntos, organiza y realiza viajes regularmente, por lo que esta transacción no fue nada nuevo para él. “So it was late at night we had just got back in town from vacation and had a long drive ahead of us. Our family of four were thinking about driving the rest of the way home, but my parents called wanted to get us a room for the night in order for us to get a little rest. So my father set up the reservation over the phone for us, because they wanted to do this for us since we just got back. My dad is points member, he arranges and does trips regularly, so this transaction was nothing new for him to do. We got to the Hotel tired, sleepy, and we were told that was a problem, he could not book a room for someone else, and they could not taken payment or the reservation for a room of a person who was not on the card that payed for the room. We were told to then get him on the phone have him cancel the transaction/reservation online. We had to come out of pocket for the night, the whole process was annoying🙄😡. The individual behind the desk was being problematic for no reason. The room was nice, the beds were super comfortable, and place was clean.”
