Esta é uma excelente propriedade para Hilton. Cada pessoa da equipe da recepção, restaurantes, piscina, limpeza foi muito simpática e super atenciosa com nossa família.A comida é incrível, o buffet de pequeno-almoço é mais do que apenas um buffet. A rabanada de coco é imperdível. Cada lugar tem alguma coisa que meus filhos iria comer e serviço de quarto foi ótimo para eles.O clube infantil e o clube de adolescentes são muito agradáveis ​​e as senhoras que o administram são super doces. This is an excellent property for Hilton. Every single person on staff from the front desk, restaurants, pool, to cleaning was very friendly and super attentive to our family. The food is amazing, the breakfast buffet is more than just a buffet. The coconut french toast is a must try. Each place has some thing that my kids would eat and room service was great for them. The kids club and teens club are very nice and the ladies running it are super sweet. The multiple pools and beach areas provide ample chairs and beds to lay out. All the rooms face the same way so the difference between ocean view and tropical view is what floor you are on. Despite the fairly long drive from the Cancun airport this is a top flight destination.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Check in process was easy. They even and will hand you a complimentary drink. The front desk will help you check in with your passport and explain the property where all the restaurants are. The beach with red flag is avoid due high tide or strong wave

Não posso dizer coisas boas o suficiente sobre este lugar! As algas marinhas são um problema e a praia está basicamente fora dos limites nesta época do ano, mas as belas piscinas compensam isso. O serviço foi excelente e as pessoas que trabalham aqui realmente se preocupam com sua experiência. Alberto no bar Ultra Mar é um barman de primeira qualidade e Daniel, o servidor à beira da piscina, é um cara incrível! Todos com quem entramos em contato no resort foram educados, prestativos e gentis. Quaisquer problemas que enfrentamos foram rapidamente corrigidos por essa equipe incrível, que experiência incrível.

We came for a wedding and we're extremely happy with everything. This resort has it all. Great restaurants. Friendly staff. Beautiful location. Incredible spa. And the rooms are great too. If you have kids, the staff do activities for them every day so you can relax poolside chatting with the other adults you've traveled with.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! The seaweed is a problem and the beach is basically off limits this time of year, but the beautiful pools make up for it. The service was outstanding and the people working here truly care about your experience. Alberto at the Ultra Mar bar is a top notch bartender and Daniel the server by the pool is an awesome guy! Everyone we came in contact with on the resort was polite, helpful and kind. Any issues we faced were quickly rectified by this amazing staff, what an amazing experience.

Instalaciones hermosas. Comida también súper deliciosa. La atención de meseros en la alberca fue muy buena especialmente de Luis & Iván. También todos los restaurantes están deliciosos e igualmente la atención de 1000 estrellas. Nos sentimos muy acogidos y disfrutamos muchísimo nuestras vacaciones. Mi restaurante favorito fue el que está en un túnel, no recuerdo el nombre y también el restaurante que está en la casa 5 ahí me recomendaron mucho las pizzas, pero cuando llegue ya se habían acabado, probé la hamburguesa que me recomendaron y también estaba muy rica. La habitación hermosa, cama cómoda, diferentes almohadas que van de suaves a más firmes, para que elijas tu favorita. Mi habitación contaba con una pequeña piscina en el piso 1, muy limpia. Lo único qué tal vez es raro, es tener en el baño una ventana, pero en cuanto hay vapor la ventana se vuelve oscura y no te pueden ver desde afuera. Excelente tecnología. Prepárate para caminar pues el hotel es muy grande y hay muchas piscinas. Pero también tienen muy buen servicio en carritos para ir por ti solo necesitas esperar un poco. También cuentan con varios jacuzzis para quien ama el agua caliente. Cuenta con una playa muy tranquila y muchos lugares para relajarte.

I wish we could have stayed longer at this resort! It is brand new and has only been open a few months so it wasn't too crowded. The staff from concierge, to the bar/pools, breakfast, dinner & fitness center were all so friendly. The amenities at this resort are superb. The breakfast spread had so many options to choose from. The fitness center was always clean and had all the fitness tools I would normally use at home. The pool areas were always clean and the bar staff came by regularly to check up any needs, food or drinks. I would highly recommend going to the spa, that was the highlight of our trip. The layout and design of our room was very clean and relaxing. I can't wait to come back!

Booked 5 nights here as part of a 2 week break My take Brand new resort with a high end aesthetic, lots of natural limestone used in the construction which gives the resort a very premium feel Friendly staff and good service, it's a new resort and I'm sure it'll become more refined, can't fault the enthusiasm or friendliness There are 3 'beach' areas, 2 are artificial with no sea access but also free from seaweed with waves crashing into the rocks below the seawall, 1 actual beach but affected by seaweed In terms of some of the other feedback There are paths around the resort, no more than a 10 min walk from the furthest suite to the central area, all under shade so no need to call a golf cart every time The food is a little lacking, not much variety in the menus and some of the options like Autor just didn't appeal at all No upgrade as a Diamond but a very late checkout compensated for that Overall a great 5 days, I'm sure the opening issues will be ironed out in no time

Acabei de fazer o check-out às 6h desta manhã e fiquei muito impressionado com a arquitetura moderna, a polidez dos funcionários e a qualidade da experiência como um todo. O Conrad Tulum entrega totalmente a experiência pretendida: uma luxuosa e silenciosa. A comida é excepcional, a praia é linda, as piscinas são refrescantes e os funcionários estão mais do que dispostos a ajudar. Se você estiver indo para uma atmosfera de festa, considere uma experiência com tudo incluído. Entendo que este é um novo resort, e há ajustes a serem feitos, como alguns funcionários em inglês precisam de um pouco de trabalho, mas, diabos, não posso falar espanhol e estou no país deles, então realmente não posso reclamar! No entanto, você encontrará essa barreira linguística em qualquer lugar no México, então você não pode menosprezar isso. Just checked out at 6am this morning, and was very impressed by that modern architecture, politeness of employees, and quality of the experience as a whole. Conrad Tulum fully delivers on its intended experience: a luxurious one that is quiet. The food is exceptional, the beach is beautiful, the pools are refreshing, and the employees are more than willing to help. If you’re going for a party atmosphere, you should consider an all inclusive experience. I comprehend that this is a brand new resort, and there is tweaking to be done, such as some employees English needs a little work, but heck, I can’t speak any Spanish, and I’m in their country, so I really can’t complain! Nevertheless, you’ll get that language barrier anywhere you go in Mexico, so you can’t look down on that. I also suggest looking at a map, because there’s more restaurants than you might expect, and they’re all worth trying.

O hotel é novinho em folha e eu honestamente sinto que eles estão tentando resolver os problemas. Embora não seja perto do “distrito de festas” de Tulum, oferece um ambiente relaxante se você não gosta dessa cena. A propriedade em si é impressionante. Eles têm ofurôs, piscinas de borda infinita, belo paisagismo e quartos extremamente contemporâneos que replicam a cultura mexicana. Fica bem na água, então você tem uma vista magnífica se estiver hospedado na parte de trás do hotel.Com ele sendo novo vem áreas que eles devem considerar melhorar. Há muito poucas opções de comida. Eles têm três restaurantes e dois bares que oferecem comida junto com serviço de quarto. O único problema é que realmente não há opções americanas. Por ser uma rede hoteleira americana e tão perto dos EUA, você pensaria que eles teriam um restaurante que atendesse a esse interesse. A proficiência em inglês da equipe é limitada, o que resultou no meu serviço de quarto incorreto duas vezes. Devido à sua localização no meio da selva, cuidado com cobras, iguanas e outros pequenos animais selvagens que podem se perguntar na propriedade. Hotel is brand spanking new and I honestly feel they’re trying to work out the kinks.While it’s not near the “party district” of Tulum, it provides a relaxing environment if you’re not into that scene.The property itself is stunning.They have hot tubs, infinity pools, beautiful landscaping and extremely contemporary rooms that replicate the Mexican culture.It’s right on the water so you have a magnificent view if you are staying on the back side of the hotel.With it being new comes areas they should consider improving.There are very few food options.They have three restaurants and two bars that provide food along with room service.The only problem is there are really no American options. With it being an American hotel chain and so close to the US, you would think they would have a restaurant catering to that interest.The staff’s English speaking proficiency is limited, which resulted in my room service being incorrect twice. Due to its location in the middle of the jungle, beware of snakes, iguanas and other small wildlife that may wonder on the property.Finally, it seems a tab bit overpriced for what you get, but that may be an aspect of inflation.Overall, great experience and I would go back.

Taught by Francesca,the yoga classes were such a beautiful grounding way to start each day. Francesca has such a gift for teaching and making everyone feel welcome and included. The highlight of my trip was practicing yoga at sunrise overlooking the ocean. The restaurants and food are 5-star level. The joy of the staff no matter the role they play was contagious and experienced. I will be back again. I highly recommend relaxing here!

The property is wonderful and the architecture is really great. It's very evident that the staff are trying their best to please guests. However, I must say very honestly that this is not a 5 star experience at this point - it falls short in a number of very important areas which I'm sure they will eventually fix. First, and most importantly, the property is not wheelchair accessible as there are significant stairs near the lobby with no elevator access. Second, many of the staff do not speak English and it's very hard to communicate. Third, there are no printed menus for the restaurants so they are directing to QR codes which often don't work due to signal issues and also not helpful to guests who want to detach from their phones. In addition, I must say that the Hilton Honors experience was not great as we arrived in the evening and they still didn't have a room available for us for over an hour (the property is practically empty and this is not acceptable for a 5 star resort). Rooms are fairly small, nothing very special. Few smaller things to note, the TV channels are not working (they have some signal issue), we had a broken thermostat in the room and moving around the resort at times takes 20-30 mins of waiting for a golf cart. On the positive side, the people are really kind and we had a wonderful dinner experience in their Mediterranean restaurant. The staff in the restaurant were truly impeccable in their service and we are thankful for that.

A quick week away to Conrad Tulum during the rainy season with my wife exceeded our expectations by leaps and bounds! We had the pools practically to ourselves and it sprinkled only one or two days...

We did a family vacation for 4 to Tulum and chose the Conrad for our 6 day residence. Our family - parents in their 50’s and two sons in their early 20’s. Jhordi our concierge was outstanding! We had...
