Ficamos aqui na noite anterior à nossa viagem a Las Vegas. Ótima escolha. Adoro como é conveniente ficar tão perto do aeroporto. Cama confortável e agradável em nossa suíte Queen. Sensação de casa agradável com área de estar e área de quarto. Elevador estava bem em frente ao nosso quarto #402. Eu precisava usar o computador para imprimir alguns documentos de viagem. O funcionário da recepção ajudou tornando mais fácil para mim. Uma equipe muito simpática, especialmente a Sra. Ebony. O restaurante Chili's fica ao lado do hotel, tornando-o ainda mais conveniente. Acabei de passar. Definitivamente voltaremos a este local toda vez que voarmos de BWI.

We stayed here the night before our trip to Vegas. Great choice. Love how convenient it is to stay so close to the airport. Nice comfortable bed in our Queen suite. Nice home feeling with livingroom area and bedroom area. Elevator was directly across from our room #402. I needed to use the computer to print off a couple travel documents. Front desk clerk assisted making it easier for me. Very friendly staff, especially Ms. Ebony. The restaurant Chili's is next door to the hotel making it extra convenient. I just walked over. We will definitely return to this location every time we fly out of BWI.

The room and bed were very comfortable, the room clean, and the bathroom just fine. One annoyance was a persistent fly that we finally managed to get rid of, and the tub doesn't drain properly, but is low in the middle, making it necessary to push the water uphill toward the drain. I've never seen anything like it before. Breakfast did not change from day to day, but eggs, sausage and pancakes were always available. Bagels, coffee, and other usual breakfast items rounded out the selection. The parking lot was full, however the hotel did not appear to be full - probably because this is a good place to park being so near to the airport. All the staff were very pleasant. Not quite a five-star experience, but very good, just the same. For the money it was a good value.

Fiquei aqui no último minuto após um longo dia de viagem, era exatamente o que eu precisava. Quarto agradável, limpo e espaçoso, sem barulho. O café da manhã foi ótimo e uma academia com halteres é sempre uma visão bem-vinda. Se você estiver pernoitando perto de BWI, este local é ótimo. A equipe foi muito agradável também.

The rooms were clean and that’s solely where the two stars comes from. It was defiantly not worth the price they charged or the amount of stars this hotel received online.The bed was hard as a rock, so needless to say sleep was minimal. There literally is a sign posted at the front desk stating I’d you need any extra towels, see the front desk due to house keeping not coming into rooms where guests are there longer than a day. We go down to the front desk and the woman told us every towel was in the washer/dryer so they have none. To top the cake, house keeping entered our room without knocking. We opened the door and the house keeper acted like nothing happened. No apology, no nothing except her going on to the next room knocking on the door before entering like you’re supposed to. We thought we had found a nice place to stay when we came down here, but we will be continuing our search for other amenities.

Notified front desk that my toilet didn't work properly the morning after arrival.Was told that no facilities people where there for the weekend and no rooms were available to move.I was told to wait and flush more often.Cafe - free breakfast came with attitude from staff member.When asked if more bagels were available (tray was empty) - was told to wait.Coffee in all dispensers were cold (old?).OJ dispense was giving out "yellow water" was told to "dump it"No fruit - Pop Tarts, packaged blueberry muffins, pancakes, sausage and eggs were available, but left a lot to be desired.Only strawberry yogurt.Two containers of syrup to be used by everybody - not in today's world!We had 3 rooms - two were dirty including hair on the bathroom floors and the hand lotion tube in one of the rooms had been used by another quest and presented as new.Asked several times to talk to a manager - was told "She just left!".Left my phone number to no avail.No one ever called me. Recommend staying ANYWHERE else until they get their act together.Radisson is usually really good - guess this place mustn't see many company auditors.UPDATE AS OF 6/17/2022 -The hotel manager responded to my original review above - apologizing for the treatment I received and stated that she would like me to reach out to further discuss my experiences.I have reached out 3 times via phone and she has always "just left the premises".I have left my phone number 3 times with promises of return calls.Why is it that I seem to care more about their business than they do?I let them know if I didn't get a return call tonight I would be editing my review with an update.I was hoping to say that they worked to make things right - but all they have done is continue to prove that once they have your money in hand they don't care at all about service, satisfaction or keeping their word to their customers.Staff is a reflection of management and this management doesn't look good at all from my perspective.While they are a convenient location for my trips to Baltimore - I won't be walking through their door again and I would discourage anyone else from doing so unless you enjoy cold coffee in the morning, extremely limited choices for breakfast, and an extra helping of attitude when you ask if there are any more bagels?And oh, let's not forget they have no one on duty who can fix a toilet that doesn't work and expect the guest to "just flush more".I am flushing this hotel from my portfolio."All it would have taken to address this situation was someone to RETURN THE CALL THEY ASKED ME TO MAKE.Is that asking too much?Goodbye Radisson Country Inn and Suites at BWI.I wish our paths had never crossed.

I stayed here last minute after a long travel day, it was exactly what I needed. Nice, clean, spacious room with no noise. The breakfast was great and a gym with dumbbells is always a welcome sight. If you're staying overnight near BWI, this spot is great. Staff was very pleasant as well.

Atualmente estou hospedado neste hotel. Reservei para uma escapadela de fim de semana de última hora. Quando eu parei o lado de fora estava lindo. Nunca tendo ficado aqui, o lado de fora me fez sentir como se tivesse feito uma ótima escolha. A equipe foi educada no check-in, o que também foi ótimo. Ao entrar no quarto, havia uma caneta no chão, apenas assumi que a limpeza o deixou cair ao sair. Deveria ter sido minha primeira pista. Havia manchas marrons de água dura no vaso sanitário que estava um pouco fora de lugar e ambos os rolos de papel higiênico estavam baixos. Há pequenas manchas respingadas no interior da porta do banheiro na parte inferior. Odeio pensar no que poderia ser. Fiz o check-in depois das 20h, então estava ansioso para relaxar. Tentei colocar minha bebida no freezer, mas estava completamente congelada. Sentou-se no sofá e havia manchas por toda parte. Tive que cobri-lo com toalhas. Abri uma gaveta e lá estava a certidão de nascimento de alguém. Meu marido me disse para não me preocupar, podemos superar essas coisas, são apenas 2 noites e a cama parecia muito limpa e bem feita. Os travesseiros eram horríveis e eu não dormi bem. Hoje pedi papel higiênico e lavo roupa. Após mais de 30 minutos e 2 ligações, fui aconselhado a localizar a governanta no meu andar para obter assistência. Então é claro que eu tenho que me vestir para fazer isso e eu obviamente precisava usar o banheiro 30 minutos atrás, em vez disso eu estou caçando tarefas domésticas. Escusado será dizer que não vou ficar novamente. Tudo isso pode parecer coisas pequenas, mas agrupadas elas são um grande problema e levam a uma estadia horrível, especialmente quando você paga um bom dinheiro por um bom serviço.

I am currently staying at this hotel.  I booked for a last minute weekend getaway.  When I pulled up the outside was beautiful. Having never stayed here the outside made me feel like I made a great choice. Staff was polite at check in which was great as well. Upon entering the room there was a pen top on the floor, just assumed housekeeping dropped it on their way out., should have been my 1st clue. There was brown hard water stains in the toilet which was a little off putting and both rolls of toilet paper were low. There are small splattered stains on the inside of the bathroom door at the bottom. Hate to think of what it could be. I checked in after 8pm so I was eager to unwind. I tried placing my drink in the freezer but it was completely frozen over. Sat on the couch and there were stains all over. Had to cover it with towels. Opened a drawer and there was someone's birth certificate in there. My husband told me not to worry, we can get past those things, it's just 2 nights and the bed looked very clean and well made. The pillows were horrible and I didn't sleep well at all. Today I requested toilet paper and wash clothes. After over 30 minutes and 2 calls, I was advised to locate the housekeeper on my floor for assistance. So of course I have to get dressed to do so and I obviously needed to use the bathroom 30 minutes ago, instead I'm hunting down housekeeping. Needless to say I won't stay again. These may all seem like small things but grouped together they are a big problem and leads to a horrible stay, especially when you pay good money for good service.
