Fui almoçar para um buffet de Natal em um restaurante no andar de cima. A comida estava boa. O restaurante do almoço tinha uma vista maravilhosa do lado de Pyhäjärvi. O lobby do hotel foi bem reformado. Você não precisava ir ao spa.

Um destino de férias abrangente para umas férias de spa. Os quartos são aconchegantes e de alta qualidade, proporcionando uma boa e tranquila noite de sono. O restaurante Little Italy forneceu um excelente lugar para jantar no interior. O departamento de spa tinha algo a oferecer a adultos e crianças.

Fui a almorzar para un buffet navideño en un restaurante de arriba. La comida estuvo buena. El restaurante del almuerzo tenía una vista maravillosa del lado de Pyhäjärvi. El vestíbulo del hotel fue renovado con mucho gusto. No tenías que ir al spa.

Un destino vacacional completo para unas vacaciones en un spa. Las habitaciones eran acogedoras y de alta calidad y proporcionaban una buena y tranquila noche de sueño. El restaurante Little Italy era un lugar excelente para cenar en el interior. El departamento de spa tenía algo que ofrecer tanto a adultos como a niños.

Está tudo bem ... Minhas memórias anteriores são da época da televisão CRT. Os chuveiros e CRTs foram substituídos e algumas das lâmpadas foram substituídas, mas eu não conseguia sentir que o spa estava "remodelado". Já no final de semana (5-7.11.2021) o lugar foi marcado pela espera: você estava esperando o atendimento ou um representante do atendimento no balcão. Estavas à tua espera em Alacarte - o que é perfeitamente compreensível. Você estava esperando hodars do mercado da piscina 50min !!! Você esperou mais de 20 minutos para chegar ao buffet, que foi pré-reservado para que você não tivesse que esperar com duas crianças. Você até esperou o controle da mesa para o café da manhã, para que a fila tivesse tempo para se acumular e muito. O late check-out foi acordado mas não levado em consideração, exceto para a conta do hotel. As chaves deixaram de funcionar depois de visitar o spa e o quarto foi limpo no dia da partida. Os outros residentes estavam indo embora, então o simples roupão de banho era triste de cuidar.

O quarto era limpo e espaçoso, mas os sons do corredor vinham pela porta. A cama era boa. O departamento de piscinas estava tão lotado à noite que a experiência não foi nada relaxante. As necessidades de uma família com crianças são ok, mas entre os adultos você deve procurar um spa mais silencioso. De manhã, você deve visitar assim que o spa abrir e depois ir para o café da manhã. As arrumações das mesas eram escalonadas, mas aparentemente a falta de pessoal contribuía para que nem tudo estivesse em ordem. Na época, ainda havia pratos usados por clientes anteriores em várias mesas. Alguns pratos e talheres estavam no final, o que não melhorou o clima. Prós do fornecimento sem glúten.

La habitación estaba limpia y era espaciosa, pero los sonidos del pasillo entraban por la puerta. La cama estaba bien. El departamento de piscinas estaba tan lleno por la noche que la experiencia no fue de ninguna manera relajante. Las necesidades de una familia con niños están bien, pero entre los adultos debes buscar un spa más tranquilo. Por la mañana, debe visitar tan pronto como abra el spa y luego ir a desayunar. Los arreglos de la mesa estaban escalonados, pero aparentemente la falta de personal contribuyó al hecho de que no todo estaba en orden. En ese momento, todavía había platos utilizados por comensales anteriores en varias mesas. Algunos platos y cubiertos estaban al final, lo que no mejoró el estado de ánimo. Ventajas del suministro sin gluten.

The pools were great. The room was ok. It had AC but it was still hot in the room. One thing that annoyed me was that we only got one robe and one towel for the entire stay. So, we were meant to use those items for swimming and shower for the length of our stay. Super unhygienic and gross. The day after using the robe it never got dry as it was heavily waterlogged. I did manage to get an extra towel to use for after showering. The buffet dinner and Food market meals were basic.

Rooms are clean and well equipped, good aircondition. Hotel has various activities and restaurant selection had improved. Swimming pool section is very good and provides activities for different ages. Outdoor swimming pool is good. Staff is friendly. Checking in and out can be done online to avoid que. Breakfast variety is not so good. Tip for car travellers- hotel has second parking behind building. Nearby shopping center is also good place to grab snacks if you can't find something in hotel shop. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will come again!

In non-pandemic times is worth visiting and spending a few days. Nice and decently big indoor water park. Clean and comfortable hotel. The restaurant should be improved, very slow and little choices (pizza, burgers and salads...)

The views of the lake from the room and where you have breakfast are lovely, the room itself was very comfortable and stylish, although cold. The pool area itself was probably one of the best, the water temperature was probably superior to any other spa which I will give 5 stars, as it was nice and warm. Unfortunately due to covid a lot of the amenities were closed, the indoor children's play area, and the restaurant, leaving only the pool bar to serve food which I really couldn't recommend, and the prices were high, as for eating out in Nokia, the Chinese restaurant didn't look inviting decor or food, we ate at a restaurant called "pepper" actually worth a miss. Overall not a great stay, but the water was warm, would I call it a spa? Not really as the saunas were part of the changing rooms there wasn't really a staffed separate spa, but a fancy pool at a hotel. The breakfast was nice, and the pool was warm. Would I visit again? Probably not. I didn't even take any pictures, as there wasn't anything to see, at the hotel or in Nokia town itself unless your interested in where rubber boots come from.

Beware the Food Market donwnstairs. Supposed to be a snack bar, but it took them around 40 minutes to bring up some fries,a hod dog and two chicken baskets. And no signs of apologies from the staff...
