“What an incredible place to stay! This Hotel has a lot of history. Maybe a little bit outdated, but the friendliness of the staff and the how they go out of their way to serve will amaze you. Rudi at bar will take care of you and Francisco will do the same at the pool bar. The Merengue and Salsa band show was excellent.”

“It’s incredible that the housekeeping staff was the most friendly and educated team from the entire staff. The security staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They discriminate you by your physical appearance and skin color. I stayed at the hotel for 14 days and every single time I entered the hotel I had a problem with the security. The rooms have a strong humidity smell. I was moved to another room but it also had a strong smell. The shower is a disaster. It doesn’t have curtains or a full slide door so, all the water spills outside the shower.I don’t recommend this hotel, look elsewhere in the capital.”
