“We stayed here for the mandatory stop over. First night, our dinner arrived 2 hours late, we had to call front desk 3 times asking for an update to finally receive dinner. After that, we received our food on time every single time. No complaints about the food. Not great for the overprice, but good.
Price doesn't include the shuttle service to go back to the airport.”

“If I could rate zero stars I would. Keep in mind they make you pay $800 per night for the covid package and was promised good food and service. They are serving us food that is worse than high school cafeteria food with no drinks. We were promised to be reimbursed for the $54 10 minute ride from the airport and the hotel lobby said it is the staff at the airport that ripped us off and basically it’s not their problem. You would expect for the prices we pay and the fact we are being forced to stay here we would get decent food and service. I hope this place gets shut down or sued. I am going to make sure to tell everyone how awful this “high end” hotel is. Absolutely ridiculous.”
