“Let me start with the front desk attendant needs a raise! Or a promotion. 5 star attitude in a 2 star establishment.Checked in and decided room was a little small so we decided to upgrade to a suite. Upon arriving we always check beds. Found no mattress protector on bed along with what looked like cleaned blood stains on the mattress. Also uncleaned blood on bathroom door. Decided that might not be too bad until we saw the couch we COVERED in stains. Also had some type of bug all over the ceiling and curtains. Also noticed a larger amount of the same type of bug along the stairwell. Not sure if they have a problem with this but we were not notified. I wanted to go home which is almost 45 minutes away but my fiance was exhausted and tired of driving so the wonderful front desk associate did offer money back or a new suite so we took the new suite in hopes of a cleaner room to get a good night sleep. Was met with a slightly cleaner room but mattress still had stains & this couch had MORE stains. Just counted as a loss got some sleep and ended up just checking out maybe 2/3 hours before check out just to get out of there. Used to be my go to spot when i am in the area. Probably wont return.”

Check-in e decidimos que o quarto era um pouco pequeno, então decidimos fazer um upgrade para uma suíte. Na chegada, verificamos sempre os leitos. Não foi encontrado nenhum protetor de colchão na cama, junto com o que parecia ser manchas de sangue limpas no colchão. Também sangue sujo na porta do banheiro. Decidido que não poderia ser tão ruim até que vimos o sofá que COBERTURAMOS de manchas. Também tinha algum tipo de inseto por todo o teto e cortinas. Também notei uma maior quantidade do mesmo tipo de bug ao longo da escada. Não tenho certeza se eles têm algum problema com isso, mas não fomos notificados. Eu queria ir para casa, que fica a quase 45 minutos de distância, mas meu noivo estava exausto e cansado de dirigir, então o maravilhoso funcionário da recepção ofereceu dinheiro de volta ou uma nova suíte, então pegamos a nova suíte na esperança de um quarto mais limpo para conseguir um bom noite de sono. Foi recebido com um quarto ligeiramente mais limpo, mas o colchão ainda tinha manchas e este sofá tinha MAIS manchas. Apenas contei como uma perda, consegui dormir um pouco e acabei fazendo check-out talvez 2/3 horas antes do check-out apenas para sair de lá. Costumava ser o meu local preferido quando estou na área. Provavelmente não vai voltar.”
