“Hot tub was broke half the reason we booked the hotel of course didn't know until check-in. Said pool was heated absolutely the opposite was so cold couldn't even enjoy it.
Had someone knock on our door to complain that we were being loud at 9:30 for having music playing on our phone which we all know how high the volume is on a phone couldn't be that loud & talking in the hallway. We are grown women aging 35-45 We know a little bit about being respectful so there was no way we were carrying on at 9:30 to bother anyone. & Our toilet wouldn't flush.
Won't be our first pick coming back to stay in Lexington.”

“Os quartos eram muito bons, mas em vez de cobrar o cartão de visita que estava em arquivo, eles cobraram meu cartão pessoal que eu havia dado a eles para despesas ocasionais.
