“We came here for training and it was the cleanest hotel I've been to in a while. These people really care. Lobby is spotless. Bathrooms are the cleanest I've seen. Front Desk staff was very helpful, courteous, and nice. This was an awesome place for training. Thank you.”

“I made a reservation with my points after traveling for 3 weeks of business. I am titanium elite and I don't get a welcome gift or offer. The girl at the front desk was completely rude and said you booked with a third party. I said I booked with my Marriott Bonvoy account. She said I can't connect to that I don't know what that is. I pointed to thr bonvoy sign on the counter completely rude and incompetent. No people skills.”
