Nós tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa neste hotel. Nossas expectativas foram superadas. Nós ficamos em uma villa com piscina de 2 quartos. Nossos mordomos foram surpreendentes e entregues em todos os nossos pedidos sem demora e com alta qualidade. Utilizamos as piscinas infantis, o kids club, passamos algum tempo na praia e na piscina em nossa villa. Tudo foi incrível. Na minha opinião, as seguintes melhorias levariam a uma classificação de 5 estrelas:- qualidade alimentar; Nós comemos no hotel frequentemente e passamos muito mais dinheiro do que teríamos fora do complexo. No entanto, cada vez que nos aventuramos fora, conseguimos melhor comida de degustação a preços mais baixos. O buffet de café-da-manhã é o de Nice, embora. - construção; há atualmente construção entre a piscina principal e a praia, dos quais o hotel nos informou algumas semanas antes da nossa chegada. Eu acho que isso poderia ter sido adiado para fora da temporada.Apesar de tudo, gostaria de voltar. Um ótimo lugar para famílias com crianças com absolutamente adorável equipe!

Un hotel de 5 estrellas que actualmente está comenzando a levantarse después de la pandemia, el lugar es realmente acogedor, las habitaciones son grandes y el balcón también es grande, un lugar adecuado para hospedarse durante sus vacaciones en Bali.

Este hotel mudou de nome para Piermont porque não é mais administrado pela Accor. Por causa da pandemia de Covid, o prédio não parecia bem conservado, mas as instalações continuam incríveis. O protocolo de saúde neste Hotel é tão bom que já implementou o CHSE. Estou impressionado com a atitude da equipe, especialmente o Sr. Sonny tão útil mesmo admitindo que eu não vou ficar. No geral, fiquei impressionado com os serviços do hotel

Este hotel cambió el nombre de Piermont porque ya no lo administra Accor. Debido a la pandemia de Covid, el edificio no se ve bien mantenido, pero las instalaciones siguen siendo increíbles. El protocolo de salud en este hotel es tan bueno que ya implementaron CHSE. Estoy impresionado con la actitud del personal, especialmente el Sr. Sonny, tan servicial aunque no me voy a quedar. En general, me sorprendieron los servicios del hotel.

This Hotel Rebranded to Piermont because not managed by Accor anymore. Because of the Covid Pandemic the building look not well maintained, but the facilities remain incredible. Health protocol in this Hotel are so good, they already implemented CHSE. I am impressed with the staff attitude especially Mr. Sonny so helpful eventhough i'm not staying. Overall i was amazed with the hotel services

Este hotel cambió su nombre a Piermont porque tenía una gestión diferente con Accor. Debido al impacto de la pandemia de covid, se ha vuelto un poco viejo y está mal mantenido, pero la piscina es campeona y está satisfecha nadando aquí. Este hotel implementa estrictamente el protocolo covid, el registro fue rápido y lo que me sorprendió fue el SUPER servicio del recepcionista del hotel (Sr. Soni) que realmente sirvió a los huéspedes del hotel, que fueron increíblemente amables y serviciales. Esperamos que el próximo año se abran todas las instalaciones y el hotel se mantenga mejor .... BALI BANGKIT🙏🙏🙏

Este hotel mudou seu nome para Piermont porque tinha uma gestão diferente com a Accor. Devido ao impacto da terrível pandemia, ela se tornou um pouco velha e mal conservada - mas a piscina é campeã e satisfeita em nadar aqui. Este hotel segue rigorosamente o protocolo ambicioso, o check in foi rápido e o que me surpreendeu foi o atendimento SUPER do atendente do hotel (Sr. Soni) que realmente atendeu os hóspedes do hotel, que foram incrivelmente simpáticos e prestativos. Esperamos que no próximo ano todas as instalações sejam abertas e o hotel tenha uma melhor manutenção ... BALI BANGKIT🙏🙏🙏

Mi experiencia durante mi estancia en Fairmont Sanur fue increíble. Me alojé en este hotel por 3 días 2 noches, me alojé en este hotel durante la pandemia de Covid.19. Este hotel realmente implementa el protocolo de salud Covid de acuerdo con las recomendaciones del gobierno. Comenzando por colocar desinfectantes de manos en varios ángulos, dando letreros de distanciamiento social en el lobby, área de restaurante, en instalaciones públicas, etc. Este hotel es muy lujoso y tiene un interior muy elegante. Todo el personal de guardia en ese momento fue muy amable y muy servicial con lo que sus huéspedes necesitaban. Antes de registrarme, el hotel me siguió para preguntar a qué hora iba a registrarme, etc. El proceso de registro fue muy rápido y sencillo. Al entrar en la habitación, la primera impresión es Woww, la habitación es muy espaciosa, el colchón se siente muy cómodo, el balcón de la habitación también es muy espacioso y está equipado con un sofá cama. Para el entretenimiento en sí que se ofrece en la habitación, es decir, un canal de internet wifi muy rápido, además de que hay un altavoz de cine en casa en la habitación con la marca "Bose" y se suma a nuestra comodidad para el descanso. El servicio de habitaciones en sí es muy satisfactorio y el sabor de la comida es muy delicioso y muy rápido. El servicio de limpieza también siempre responde a las solicitudes de los huéspedes. El hotel tiene un ambiente muy confortable y ofrece a sus huéspedes alquiler gratuito de bicicletas. Este hotel tiene una ubicación muy estratégica que se encuentra en el centro de la zona de Sanur, y está rodeado de muchos restaurantes, cafés, etc. La piscina también se siente muy lujosa y cómoda, y tiene una vista de la playa en Sanur. El desayuno que se ofrece es en forma de menú a la carta, y el sabor no es menos delicioso que el del servicio de habitaciones. Lo que me sorprende de este hotel, todo el personal desde el personal de recepción, limpieza, personal del restaurante, etc. todos son muy amables. Minha experiência durante a estadia no Fairmont Sanur foi incrível. Eu fiquei neste hotel por 3 dias 2 noites, fiquei neste hotel durante a pandemia de Covid. Este hotel implementa estritamente o protocolo de saúde da Covid de acordo com as recomendações do governo. Começando com a colocação de desinfetantes para as mãos em vários ângulos, dando sinais de distanciamento social no saguão, na área do restaurante, em instalações públicas, etc. Este hotel é muito luxuoso e tem um interior muito elegante. Todos os funcionários de plantão na época foram muito simpáticos e prestativos com o que os hóspedes precisavam. Antes de fazer o check-in, o hotel me seguiu para perguntar a que horas eu faria o check-in, etc. O processo de check-in foi muito rápido e fácil. Ao entrar no quarto, a primeira impressão é Woww, o quarto é muito espaçoso, o colchão é muito confortável, a varanda do quarto também é muito espaçosa e equipada com um sofá-cama. Para o entretenimento propriamente dito no quarto, nomeadamente um canal de internet wi-fi muito rápido, além disso existe uma caixa de som de home theater na sala com a marca "Bose" que acrescenta mais conforto para o descanso. O serviço de quarto em si é muito satisfatório, e o sabor da comida é muito delicioso e muito rápido. O serviço de limpeza também responde sempre às solicitações dos hóspedes. O hotel possui um ambiente muito confortável e oferece aluguel gratuito de bicicletas. Este hotel tem uma localização muito estratégica, que fica no centro da área de Sanur e está rodeado por muitos restaurantes, cafés, etc. A piscina também parece muito luxuosa e confortável, e tem vista para a praia de Sanur. O café da manhã oferecido também é em forma de menu à la carte, e o sabor não é menos delicioso que o do serviço de quarto. O que eu espanto com este hotel, todos os funcionários da equipe de recepção, limpeza, funcionários do restaurante, etc. eles são todos muito simpáticos. Claro que não hesitarei em ficar neste hotel. Hospedado aqui para 2 noites antes do natal holiday. Não saber o que esperar, pois entender que estamos viajando no tempo de pandemi, significa que a ocupação é muito baixa, portanto, o pessoal responsável esperado também é reduzido. Mas quando chegamos fiquei impressionado, pois tenho alergia a poeira, mas posso ficar em paz, pois o quarto é mantido muito limpo (banheiro verificado, até mesmo copo e jarro de água verificado). Eu posso ver quanto esforço foi feito para tornar o quarto limpo novamente. Adoro a sua grande varanda. Parece uma sala de estar adicional, em vez de uma varanda. O pessoal do restaurante também é muito sincero, eficiente e lembra a nossa preferência alimentar. Eu acho que eles têm várias piscinas e lagoas de água. A piscina é muito limpa. Apesar de funcionários mais baixos, mas posso ver como eles fazem o seu melhor para fazer os hóspedes não sentirem a diferença.

Me alojé aquí por 2 noches antes de las vacaciones de Navidad. No saber qué esperar, ya que entendemos que estamos viajando en tiempo de pandemia, significa que la ocupación es muy baja, por lo que el personal a cargo esperado también se reduce. Pero cuando llegamos, me quedé impresionado porque tengo alergia al polvo, pero puedo quedarme en paz ya que la habitación estaba muy limpia (se revisó el baño, incluso se revisaron los vasos y la jarra de agua). Puedo ver cuánto esfuerzo se puso para limpiar la habitación nuevamente. Me encanta su gran balcón. Se siente como una sala de estar adicional en lugar de un balcón. El personal del restaurante también es muy sincero, eficiente y recuerda nuestra preferencia de comida. Creo que tienen varias piscinas y estanques de agua. La piscina esta muy limpia. A pesar del personal más bajo, puedo ver cómo hacen todo lo posible para que los huéspedes no sientan la diferencia.

Stayed here for 2 nights prior to christmas holiday. Not knowing what to expect as understanding we are travelling in pandemi time, means occupancy very low hence expected staff in charge also reduced. But when we arrived I was impressed as I have dust allergies but I can stay peacefully as the room kept very clean (bathroom checked, even glass and water jug checked). I can see how much effort the put into to make the room clean again. Love their big balcony. It feels like additional living room rather than a balcony. Restaurant staff also very sincere, efficient and remember our food preference. I think they have several pool and water pond. The pool is very clean. Despite lower staffs but I can see how they do their best to make guests didn't feel the difference.

O melhor hotel na área de Sanur, antes era chamado de Hotel Regent. O quarto do hotel é grande, o interior é bom, mas muitos interruptores de lâmpadas são confusos. Hospitalidade também é boa, mas está longe de ser perfeita. A piscina principal com vista para o mar é legal. Os barcos de pescadores tornaram o cenário menos atraente. No geral, é uma acomodação recomendada.

El mejor hotel de la zona de Sanur, antes se llamaba Hotel Regent. La habitación del hotel es grande, el interior es bueno, pero muchos interruptores de lámparas son confusos. La hospitalidad también está bien, pero lejos de ser perfecta. La piscina principal con vista al mar es genial. Los barcos de pescadores hicieron que el paisaje fuera menos atractivo. En general, es un alojamiento recomendado.

The best hotel in Sanur area, it was named Hotel Regent before. The hotel room is big, interior is good, but many lamps switches are confusing. Hospitality is also okay, but far from perfect. Main pool with ocean view is cool. The fisherman boats made the scenery less appealing. Overall, it is a recommended accommodation.

We had the most amazing two weeks at this hotel. The staff are so lovely and welcoming. Nothing is too much of a problem for them. The rooms are lovely and spacious, however they are quite dark but this is simply down to the style of decor. There are plenty of restaurants to dine in and the food in both the main restaurant by the pool and Pier 8 was excellent. The pool is great, with a lovely view of the sea. The hotels beach is possibly the only slight let down if one is looking forward to a paradise beach as it’s quite basic, but didn’t bother us as we preferred the pool anyway. We are already looking forward to coming back in the near future

Size of the room.is astounding , comfortable beds,excellent all roundservices. Hotel exterior is excellent , hasdirect access to the beach though a bit too close to the docking boats . One draw back was the aging equipments. During our 5 days stay , We had encountered 1 after another electronic and appliance that did not work. Friq did not work, no hot water , air condition mildy cool, even no shower water for 10 -15 minutes

Hotel fantástico, equipe cortês e sorridente, sempre gentil. Limpo, bem organizado, parece muito mais um resort. Spa e piscinas no centro, área de relaxamento, eventos para convidados e muito mais. Completa. A poucos metros da praia, possui 3 áreas para refeições: restaurante, clube de praia e jantar de aperitivo na área da piscina. Recomendado para a família ou o casal, para estadias curtas e longas. Não perca o churrasco à beira da piscina.

I wasn't overly impressed with this Resort. It is in a great location in Sanur and close to a lot of restaurants and shops. But the service was ok to average. The pool was not very clean, and there was construction happening so it was noisy. The service around the pool was slow and not great. I wasn't overly impressed.It felt too big and like you were sort of overlooked as an individual... I never met my butler either... And the headboard on the bed was so loose that if you leaned back on the headboard to watch TV it would push backwards and feel like it was going to fall over. So I couldn't sit up in bed to watch TV I actually had to sit in a chair at the foot of the bed and watch the television.But in all honesty it is beautiful resort and it is extremely well designed layout and it's comfortable with nice big rooms.

The hotel is very good situated in a peaceful location. The breakfast I had on 2 occasions was very average. Although it was a la carte it seemed the waiter just got something from the buffet. I attended a New Years Dinner at about $300 per head which was very average. On the other hand the food at their beach side bar was great. The room as nice but they could update their beds as it sagged a bit.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our expectations were exceeded. We stayed in a 2-bedroom pool villa. Our butlers were amazing and delivered on all of our requests without delay and at high quality. We used the kids pools, the kids club, spent some time at the beach and by the pool in our villa. All was amazing. In my opinion, the following improvements would lead to a 5-star rating:- food quality; we ate at the hotel often and spent much more money than we would have outside the compound. However, every time we ventured out, we got better tasting food at lower prices. The breakfast buffet is nice, though. - construction; there is currently construction between the main pool and the beach, of which the hotel informed us a few weeks before our arrival. I think this could have been postponed to off season.All in all, I would return. A great place for families with children with absolutely lovely staff!

Muy buen hotel de lujo en la playa de Sanur, Bali. Si buscamos hotel grande es quizá de las mejores elecciones. Buen servicio, buenas habitaciones y buena playa. Muy aconsejable.Adjunto fotos generales y de la habitación ideal para viajes de novios, con su bañera redonda y su habitación privada para masajes, con entrada privada para el masajista, los cuales están incluidos diariamente si reserváis esta habitación.

Sensational, from amenities to the concierge. Great location, walk, cycle, take a boat ride, swim, explore....whatever you need its catered for. A fantastic kids club with babysitting and ample kids activities. Caters from the romantic to families. Amazing breakfast spread plus they can make you anything you so wish to eat, lots of cozyareas to read a book, have your drinks,have a romantic dinner or just lounge plus a great pool with amazing views or just use the wellstocked private beach. Sanur has great dinning, you can walk everywhere from Fairmont with loads of dinning options at the hotels doorstep plus ample international grade shopping andcheerful local markets.

This magical resort is located on the well kept (but sunsetless) Sanur beach. Due to the stunning architecture, the arrival is a breathtaking experience. The check in is flawless and you are escorted to your room by your butler, no matter which room category you booked. Once you arrive to you large and pleasantly decorated room you are showed around and familiarised with the equipment (2 TVs with international channels, air conditioning, adjustable window blinds and terrace curtains) and all the amenities you come to expect in this hotel category. The property has a great, serviced pool and private beach access with plenty of beds and complimentary towels. On the beach, on either side ofthe hotel, you will find many good restaurants and quiet bars. The outlets (2 restaurants, 1 lobby bar and the spa) are pricey but of good quality. The buffet breakfast is great and totally worth the price. There are complimentary bikes and shuttle services should you need to go anywhere. The staff is impeccable at all times, with incredible levels of service and superbly engaging. Check out was smooth as expected.+Stunning property and great rooms +Incredible service +Great value for money despite the price-Outlets (Spa especially) are very pricey -Some of the facilities feel a bit datedA great place to stay in Bali. The staff will have you covered for anything you can possibly need and the location is amazing!
