“¡BUENO! La puntuación media de este lugar es engañosa. Ha sido recientemente a través de un intestino y una renovación completa, y vaya, ¡ES MAGNÍFICO! Ojalá hubiera tomado más fotos para mostrar el increíble trabajo que hicieron para conservar el carácter y el significado histórico del edificio. Las habitaciones están mejoradas y la temperatura era estable, lo cual es una gran preocupación para mí cuando me alojo en hoteles. El restaurante y cafetería es excepcional.El personal se toma muy en serio la hospitalidad y hace que la experiencia de cada huésped sea positiva. Espero quedarme y cenar en este hotel la próxima vez que esté en Des Moines.”
