“Thos place is alright at times but while taking a shower the water goes on and off some rooms don't have refrigerators and most rooms don't have microwaves the front desk staff can be rude at times. The bar area is dry and the prices for food and drinks are very expensive. So for me it's not worth staying here until they make some changes starting with customer service training.”

I stayed a week during the recent Southwest fiasco. The staff especially Martin, Arjay, Tammy, and Mike, shuttle driver were the best. All were very helpful and went above and beyond to assure our stay was pleasant. Great Crew!

I AM greatful to be here. The only concern I have is that the maids ARE T E R R I B L E EVER ROOM and I mean EVERY ROOM that I have been in was not AND IS NOT cleaned well at all. I Have had trash in rooms, no trash bags, dirty floors, nasty tables and the list goes on. Every room I have beeN in has had something NOT cleaned and sometimes multiple things. It is really annoying. I have had NO problem with the OTHER staff at all. All the staff have been WONDERFUL!!!

I stayed with my 2 corgis and I just want to thank Sue, the front desk staff. She was patient, nice & accommodative. The room was clean, and check-in was easy. The four points was the best night sleep I have had on the road in years! We got in past midnight and they were incredibly helpful despite how late it was. The beds were comfortable and the room was much bigger than the pictures showed. My only complaint is I couldn't stay longer!
