“I had to quarantine here. If you're thinking about paying for a "premium" quarantine at this hotel, I would not recommend it. I paid for the basic quarantine package and this is where they assigned me. The service is terrible, and the food is average, at best. I ordered drinks 2x from the room service, and each time it took more than 2 hours for them to be delivered. How long does it take to bring a can of coke?
They also only allow you to order grab food once a day, and only from a small list of restaurants- mostly fast food. And once the food is delivered to the hotel, it takes the hotel staff more than an hour to bring it to your room, at which point it's already cold. They claimed that they would give us new bed linens and towels on day 7 of our 14 day stay, but they only brought towels. I called to ask for fresh linens but got nothing.
Oh, and they'll tell you that your room key only works once, but that's just a lie they tell to try to ensure you stay in your room.”
