“As a Hilton Diamond member, we were quite disappointed with our stay. Our room was not ready upon arrival, we did not get the room we requested. We asked for extra blankets when leaving for dinner and upon returning we still had not received them. When we finally got the “linen replenish” it was NOT what we needed and specifically requested. We requested a late check out, told to call the next morning and were only given an hour. We ordered room service breakfast at 8:45 and still had not received it at 11:10. We will NEVER stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone else either.”
