“Estivemos hospedados por 8 dias no hotel. As acomodações são boas e o café muito bom. Porém, no último dia da estadia acabamos atrasando um pouco para fazer o checkout e para nossa surpresa o quarto estava trancado com todos os nossos pertences dentro. Ao solicitar a abertura do quarto nos informaram que estávamos sob a política de late checkout e teríamos que pagar 65 dólares por isso. Pedimos que fosse feita uma cortesia, afinal, passamos 8 dias no hotel, porém, levamos um grande não e a partir daí mudamos nossa postura pois pareceu abusivo. Insistimos que só íamos pegar nossas coisas e sair mas o staff do hotel insistiu e tivemos que falar com o gerente que notoriamente insensato bateu o pé sobre a cobrança. No fim, após quase uma hora de espera nesse vai e vem pagamos o valor e saímos como se fôssemos criminosos porque tínhamos um vôo se aproximando. Em nenhum momento os funcionários nos apoiaram ou tentaram negociar. Honestamente, após esse ocorrido jamais voltaremos a esse hotel ou a qualquer um outro da rede.”

“We had a great time here for 8 nights in a beach front room. The service from everyone: check in, breakfast, room service, and at the royal market was exceptional. We were very comfortable here, with nice beds and linens. I'm not used to sleeping with air conditioning so when it turned on/off at night at first the noise woke me up, but I'm a light sleeper and I travel with earplugs so the problem was solved quickly. The room had plenty of space with a nice & big closet and an easy to use safe. The water pressure in the shower was strong and the temperature got really hot. Our view was amazing and it really made it a special vacation to have this beach front room!! We enjoyed the pools and the beach. Both were very well kept, I saw the pool being cleaned every morning (I'm sure they work on it even more than what we saw it's constantly spotless!!) and the beach was well groomed. We enjoyed a daily breakfast buffet which has a great variety, I am missing having a breakfast like this every morning now that we are back home. There was a request to attend a timeshare presentation when we checked in since this is also a timeshare resort, but we didn't attend that. Thank you to every single employee of the Royal Caribbean, who really absolutely made this the BEST stay!!”
