The hotel is very well kept, it was clean and staff was friendly. The beach was beautiful and sand was powdering white.Cons: $25 a day for self parking, but public can park in the same lot for $10 a day. $25 a day for resort fees, but didn't really see anything resort worthy. Gold and Diamond HH Members don't get breakfast included anymore, they blame "Covid-19" but the breakfast is still the same $25 per person breakfast you just have to pay for it now. Beach chairs and an umbrella will set you $100 back for the day, ridiculous since you are paying for a "resort fee" that isn't really anything included.

I had my wedding at the Hilton on the beach last month. The staff was nice and easy to work with when setting up the venue and date. The overall stay and experience wasn’t what we had expected with the price we paid. The rooms were mediocre, beds weren’t too comfortable, not any COVID protocols in place. Many of guest had similar complaints about the rooms.During the morning of the wedding, they had provided us with bridal and groom room however the coffee they were going to provide was brought after we were all ready and left for the wedding. Regarding valet there were some issues as they tried to make our guest pay the full price but luckily our wedding planner was able to speak to the staff and get it sorted. The day of the wedding the service was okay with the servers as they didn’t seem too friendly or nice towards the guest as our guest told me and my family after the event. For the price we paid for the venue it wasn’t as special asI had expected. The outdoor venue was great- right on the beach and they had the chairs set up on time. The view to the beach was great and lunch area was set up nicely - they had provided us with linens.

My husband and I travel quite a bit for business AND pleasure and love trying out new places each trip. This hotel is one that we love so much we are already planning another trip next year! We don’t even want to stay anywhere else in the area! I was just looking at some of the reviews and am glad I didn’t read them before because we might have opted to go somewhere else and would have missed out on this gem!There was absolutely nothing unclean about this hotel and I found it did look just like the photos. I mean you are going to have sand tracked in when you are a beachfront property but aside from some occasional sand on the floor the hotel was very clean in every area.We loved the complimentary photo as part of our resort fee. We were supposed to be on a cruise and it was cancelled so it was nice to still walk away with a photo taken of us on our trip!We ate breakfast in the on site restaurant and while a bit pricey, it was good and the service was excellent. The on-site Starbucks was so convenient also!Our favorite part was, of course, outdoors where we spent most of our time. Clearwater Beach has the most beautiful and soft sand and clear waters. You literally have everything you need for a perfect beach day as soon as you walk out the door. The Tiki Bar/restaurant had perfect drinks and food options and the service was wonderful! We didn’t use the pool but it looked very nice and had its own separate bar and snack shack from what we could tell.I’m honestly not sure why anyone would complain about paying over $200 for a room here. I’ve paid more for hotels with way less and feel the beautiful views and all the convenience, amenities, and outstanding service is well worth the money you pay.

Mostly enjoyed my stay here. Great location, comfortable room, kind staff. My only complaint is about the doors to the bathroom. Something is off with them and they are not sufficiently opaque so when someone uses the bathroom at night and turns on the light, with the door closed, it still lights up the entire room.

I stayed three nights in the hotel and enjoyed mainly the fact that it is on the sand. This is by far the best attractive. I stayed probably is the cheapest room which is not very cozy, small and not good view at all, shower is very good and beds small but comfortable. I would suggest pay a bit more abs get something I the 4th floor at minimal. I did not have breakfast so I cannot comment. Park is included and I did not have any problems to find a spot even in high season. I will consider to return but will pick a better room.

We had an awesome stay here, definitely highly recommended. When we left the hotel and returned home to Sarasota, Florida we noticed that my moms luggage was missing. We immediately called the hotel staff who ensure us it was there. My mom was in complete distress. Manager John, AFTER his shift at 3am, drove my moms suitcase from Clearwater beach all the way out to Sarasota for her. We are so grateful to have stayed here with such a helpful staff. Overall the stay was great, the views are amazing, and great food and drinks! We will absolutely be back.

This hotel has an amazing staff! During our last night my daughter lost my necklace which held very deep sentimental value. The hotel did not know this and they had a team looking for it (parking lot and roof under our room). I am extremely thankful for all of them because I don’t believe anyone else would have done this. I want to say thank you to everyone who help ( including Patrick from maintenance, the women working the desk and the night time management) I am truly thankful and you all have truly gained my trust.

Te dejan el depósito doble en la tarjeta. Llevo 10 días y todavía no me Lo devuelven cuando pague todo en efectivo !!! Son unos ladrones encima te duplican la cuneta. Jamás usen tarjeta en este hotel de ninguna manera

Muy bien ubicado , da a la playa, y tiene sombrilla, reposeras y etc. Buena atencion. Si queres ver el atardecer pedi vista al puerto, te mienten un poquito con la calidad y el precio de la habitacion segun sus vistas.

The location, staff and room size were excellent.My room was very comfortable and the view showed both sunrise and sunset.The pool was large and relaxing with both adult and children’s area.Room and Food service was delicious and good value.Critiques would be the need for cleaning the of some public areas, bathrooms and hallways.Also, While the room was comfortable, you could see where it is time for some updates. The hotel should also consider changing their policy of charging for umbrellas and chairs on their beach. Seemed excessive given the resort fee and nightly rate.Overall relaxing getaway, thank you.

Praia espetacular com águas claras, calmas e quentes! Ideal para famílias com crianças ou quem não quer muita agitação na praia. Leve suas cadeiras de praia ou um bom cartão de crédito!A locação de cadeiras e guarda sol dói no bolso. As aves no final da tarde fazem um show à parte.

La ubicación maravillosa 100 %. Ahora deberían hacerle una reforma a las habitaciones completa, los baños no están bien e inclusive no tiene buena limpieza. Poca selección de canales en la TV. El aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido. Otro disgusto es que tecobran el parqueo cada día es caro y el servicio de sombrillas y tumbonas caro igual. Volveríamos no creo

Visivelmente desgastado. Carpet com muito aspecto de sujo. Espelho oxidado, móveis velhos e com sinais de rasgos, sem microondas, estacionamento cobrado muito carro. 25 dolares por dia. Funcionária do front desk, pouco simpática. Custo altíssimo para o estado geral do hotel. Fico sempre na rede Hilton mas este é péssimo. Papel higiênico de péssima qualidade . Se querem cobrar uma diária cara , tenham produtos bons. Papel higiênico " lixa". A vista é linda mas o hotel esta longe de condizer com a paisagem. English Visibly worn. Carpet looking very dirty. Mirror rusty, furniture old and with signs of tears, no microwave, parking lot charged car. 25 dollars a day. Front desk clerk, unfriendly. High cost for the general condition of the hotel. I always stay at the Hilton chain but this one sucks.Toilet paper of poor quality. If you want to charge an expensive nightly, have good products. Toilet paper "sandpaper"

Great location. Loved being right on the beach. The pools were great for families. There is a kids pool and a bigger pool more geared for adults. Rooms were clean. Not as nice as other Hilton's but I'm sure it's hard with being right on the ocean. Bathroom is a little smaller only room for one person at a time. We loved that you can exchange beach towels all the time. Vallet parking worked out great and was little cheaper than parking garage down the road. Plenty of places to eat near by. We rented our own cabana and it was worth it. We'll stay here again.

We had an amazing time. The pool area was so much fun and the pool staff were excellent. The beach was so beautiful and right on the property. Thank you Rain, Jordan, Bridget and Abby for making our holiday extra special. We look forward to seeing you all again. We were so sad to leave.

Have have had a great experience so far. Z was great at check-in and my wife and I did a couples massage where Nadine and Trish were outstanding. The servers and bartenders at both the pool and the beach tiki were awesome. It was great to see a kids movie playing tonight in the pool area if we brought our grandchildren. I would recommend this for a weekend getaway

The resort offers Gulf side rooms providing a great view looking West, North, and South. Those western rooms allow total enjoyment during sunset. Tommy's Tiki is easily accessed towards the Beach where you can enjoy a libation as the sun sets. Just as easily, the attached restaurants offer similar great views, along with a modest assortment of aperitifs and appetizers. The staff is top notch.

This place puts on a front like it's 4 star, but just because the lobby is nice doesn't mean it is!!! The rooms are at BEST a 2 star! Dirty carpets, hair on toilet and in shower, dust on everything, dirty finger smudges all over glass, our gulf view turned out to be parking lot view, basic cable so nothing to watch, remote sticky and buttons not working, and I heard other guests complaining too. Would NEVER EVER stay here again what a rip off...

We were on premises one night and one day. The Harbor view was beautiful but the noise from the bar until 2am would have been appropriate for spring break revelers but not up at zero dark thirty for a fishing charter. SIGH.... I will know better to read reviews before checking in.Thankfully the poolside was relaxing, with a delicious lunch and great service.

Make sure to use ʜᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any place. This site will compare hundreds of booking websites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper compared to others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the best in the area. I have been staying here for a very long time. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be disappointed. Renee is THEE BEST bartender! She is so warm, friendly and welcoming and made our whole experience so much fun. Top notch customer service and 100% will come back just for her 😊 Someone give that girl a raise!

Our weekend vacation at Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa. Masks aren’t required and cleanliness wasn’t enough to make us comfortable but what are you gonna do? Check-in isn’t until 4pm so not sure why hotels do that, however, the hotel had a safe place to put our luggage andoff to eat we went in the hotel. The restaurant was overlooking the water and the food was great. Once checked into the room we had an issue with mold in the air vents so they fixed it and moved our rooms. Customer service is on par. Restaurants were good. The pool area was our favorite the hotel had a movie at night while you swam. Anyways, great location, it has everything.

Instalaciones muy buenas, nuevas y bien mantenidas. Servicio, regular, atienden con las patas, sobre todo en el area del spa club playa piscina. Hay que mentalizarse que TE VAN A COBRAR TODO, es decir que lo unico incluido es el cuarto y agua embotellada. Todo los demas es adicional. Entrada al resort 25 usd dia, sombrillas, reposeras 27 usd dia cada una (esa no me la esperaba ya que se paga por el resort, que minimo deberia incluir eso.) Parqueo usd 25 por dia (entendible y esperado) La playa EXCELENTE y el mar calmo y heoso. Ojo, la playa NO ES PRIVADA, al igual que casi todas la playas de USA.En si esperaba mas o por lo menos UN TRATO IGUAL A OTROS HOTELES DE SU NIVEL.

Excelente service! Right by the beach. Just make sure to ask for a beach front room. It gets noisy by the street./ ¡Excelente servicio! Al lado de la playa. Solo asegurense de pedir cuarto en frente de playa. Se pone demasiado ruidoso por la calle.

No tuvimos una buena experiencia, nos pareció muy caro por la habitación que nos dieron, muy chica y el aire acondicionado era insuficiente los días de mucho calor. El personal de la barra y el restaurante son muy amables. Hay que pagar las sombrillas y sillas para la playa.

Creo que la primera impresión de un Hotel lo da el Front Desk y de ahí comienza todo. Para mi experiencia fue fatal el trato de la persona que me atendió. No sé si estaría muy cansada o no quería intentar entendernos por el idioma ( aunque una de las propagandas que da el hotel es que hablan varios idiomas incluyendo el mío, fue por eso que lo escogí a el también pq variedad y competencia hay de sobra). Pero realmente creo que no había justificación pues me he quedado en muchos otros hoteles donde he tenido que hacer el Check In de la misma forma y a sido extraordinariamente positivo el trato hacia mi. Pero bueno si tengo que volver a repetir el hotel lo haré pues no se puede generalizar el trato de una persona con la del resto que si realmente fueron muy amables. Y otro punto que me gustaría tocar es quizás el servicio de elevadores creo que demoran bastante tiempo para el volumen de huéspedes que tiene el hotel. Muchas gracias por leerme yque esto realmente sea una crítica constructiva.

I recently stayed a night here in a harbor facing room and I loved it. From the moment we drove into the parking lot, the staff was amazing! They were so kind and willing to accommodate our needs. The rooms were clean and very well organized. Not to mention the restaurant was so yummy for both breakfast and dinner! The pool was amazing and very well kept. The beach access was so easy to get to and made our stay very enjoyable :) I’d definitely stay here again.

Hilton properties typically are known for outstanding guest experience and very good food on-property. Hilton Clearwater Beach is the exception on both. While they have really good wait staff..including restaurant and poolside (which is why I have them 3 stars and not 1.5 or 2) .. their signature restaurant..the spotted donkey is the worst.. not one thing about it is redeeming.. and the hotels overall customer service is horrendous. We've stayed her 6 times in a year and a half (because we get points and it's on the beach ) and we expect little and receive even less than that.. from reservations made in advance , via diamond member resources. not even being read let alone honored.. to being charged $200 a night more (we are diamond members) on an 8 night stay, than someone who wasn't and made reservations last minute for a couple nights.. .. and this current visit..watching multiple guests with kids- at the pool - being harassed by staff.. ,its a very very very disappointing experience for such a great location.. and Definitely not on brand for Hilton.... its sad actually

Great location. Right in the heart of the beach. Pool was a blast. Jackie was outstanding and kept our drinks flowing. She always had great suggestions for new drinks. A gem of the staff! Kitchen staff pumped out the food quickly and food was very good. Rooms were a little small and beds were not very comfortable but thankfully you don’t spend much time in the room. Will be back!!

The hotel location was the best part of this resort. Other than that the hotel rooms were comparable to that of a Motel 6. Definitely not up to Hilton standards. The hotel rooms did not even have towel bars inside the bathroom. We went next door to the Wyndham and it was amazing. And it was also about 70% of the price of the Hilton. The hotel lobby had buckled floors, literally bouncing as you walked towards the check-in counter. If you are a Hilton Honors member, don't expect to be treated like one. The hotel staff and the restaurant and at the valet parking were phenomenal. The staff and the view are the only reasons they're getting two stars.
