Ao entrar no lobby, você será imediatamente cativado pelos tetos altos, pilares de mármore maciços e lustre absolutamente deslumbrante. Faz você se sentir como se tivesse voltado à era de ouro dos hotéis, quando ficar em um hotel era realmente uma experiência de luxo. A comida é deliciosa, do café da manhã à padaria ao serviço de quarto, tudo o que comemos foi incrível. Esta propriedade é uma estadia obrigatória em Hanói.

- You can smell mold in Rooms. - Hotel doesn't provide any room services though it was mentioned on their website and while booking rooms.Morning staff was curious!!!

The Hilton Hanoi Opera is one of the best Hilton properties we have ever stayed at. The staff is warm and welcoming and the architecture is unparalleled. When you walk into the lobby you will immediately be captivated by the high ceilings, massive marble pillars, and absolutely stunning chandelier. It makes you feel like you have stepped back to the golden age of hotels, when staying at a hotel was truly a luxury experience. The food is delicious, from breakfast to bakery to the room service, everything we had was incredible. This property is a must stay in Hanoi.

hospedado aqui para uma recente viagem ao Vietnã. A equipe foi muito útil e acolhedora. Localização era muito boa, com opções de comida decentes e atrações a uma curta distância do hotel. Alguns aspectos do hotel estavam fechados ou com atendimento limitado devido à pandemia, mas não foi um prejuízo material para a experiência. Recomendo as opções de chá doce no bar. Os móveis são um pouco datados, mas muito bem conservados. Eu ficaria aqui novamente se eu acabar voltando para Hanói.

Embora este hotel seja um pouco mais antigo, fiquei extremamente feliz com isso. O custo é sobre o que você esperaria de uma acomodação de luxo na área (talvez um pouco menos) e vale a pena. O serviço foi excelente, respondendo a todas as minhas perguntas, e todos falavam inglês muito bem. Os quartos também eram de tamanho generoso. A melhor parte é a localização, bem no bairro antigo e acessível a muitas das melhores partes da cidade. A única desvantagem é que o lounge executivo estava fechado, mas espero que eles o abram em breve.

Stayed here for a recent trip to Vietnam. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Location was very good, with decent food options and attractions within walking distance of the hotel. Some aspects of the hotel were closed or had limited service due to the pandemic, but it wasn't a material detriment to the experience. Highly recommend the sweet tea options at the bar. Furnishings are slightly dated, but very well kept. I would stay here again if I end up going back to Hanoi.

It's a very old property and reflects in the dated decor. The only thing going for this hotel is the location. Right next to the Opera House, in the middle of downtown. Lots of activities and action going on all weekend. Great vibes with people dancing and singing on the streets..

Although this hotel is a little older, I was extremely happy with it. The cost is about what you'd expect for an upscale accommodation in the area (maybe slightly less) and it's well worth it. The service was excellent, answering all my questions, and everyone spoke English very well. The rooms were also a generous size. The best part is the location, right in Old Quarter and walkable to many of the best parts of the city. The only downside is that the executive lounge was closed, but hopefully they will open it up soon.

Very good, tidy, spacious rooms! Kind stuff and we had a very pleasant stay for 3 nights! 4 stars for the breakfast that was very short and not to many things to choose!!

A melhor coisa sobre este hotel é que está localizado no coração da cidade. Menos de 10 minutos a pé do lago.O hotel é bastante antigo, mas está bem conservado. Nada de ruim para reclamar da instalação.O pequeno almoço é bastante limitado. Não tenho certeza se esse é o caso o tempo todo, ou devido ao Covid. Mas a seleção é menor do que o outro Hilton que fiquei.

Best thing about this hotel is it located in the heart of the city. Less than 10 minutes walk to the lake.The hotel is quite old but it's well maintained. Nothing bad to complain on the facility.Breakfast is quite limited. Not sure if that's the case all along, or due to Covid. But the selection is smaller than the other Hilton I stayed on.

Limpo, bom serviço e a vista é incrível à noite. Eu e minha família tínhamos um terno familiar (2 quartos duplos) para nos manter um ao lado do outro através de uma porta. . Alimentos e bebidas são de qualidade. Melhor hotel no centro do Vietnã.

Clean ,good service and the view is amazing at night. Me and my family had a family suit( 2 double rooms)to keep us stay next to Each other through a door.rooms are very clean with fully furnitures .the hotel on the Main Street with a big swimming pool which out children very enjoy it. Foods and drinks are quality . Best hotel in centre of Viet Nam.

Habitación amplia y cómoda. Estupendo buffet de desayuno. La ubicación es buena pues en apenas 10 minutos estás en el lago Hoan Kiem, punto de salida para el paseo por las 36 calles.

El hotel estaba muy bien y céntrico. Estuvimos dos moches. El airr acondicionado , aqui tan imprescindinle, funcionaba de maravilla , en las zonas comunes incluso de más. El desayuno muy variado y el trato de los empleados también.Un unico problema: no tenía enchufes en el cuarto de baño. (O estaban tan escondidos que no los encontramos) con lo que tuvimos que secar el pelo en la habitación.
