“I had to make multiple phone calls to get issues settled.
My family and I had towels/sheets with blood stains on them. My wife and I had to dry using a hand towel. Subsequently, we didn't receive fresh towels until the next day.
The door was missing a sweep on the bottom and the room temperature could not be maintained at a warm temperature. For the first night, I used the dirty towel to keep our room warm.
It is apparent that no one had bee in the room for quit some time as there were spider webs and cob webs in the room.
As a DIAMOND member, I was severely disappointed. The room service kept the rating at 5. Food was good-thank goodness.”
