The location was amazing. They had their own walkway to Disney springs. The shuttle to the parks worked perfectly! Pick up and drop off times were convenient and the buses had plenty of room. The staff was friendly, room was clean and the shops had everything you might need in case you forgot something. The pool area was beautiful and spacious with lots of activities for the kids. Would definitely recommend to anyone

Great location, close to the airport and Disney springs. Free shuttle bus to the Disney parks , well that's what it says but at the end your charged a fee for wifi, gym and shuttle bus about $45 extra a day which does add up so just a heads up. We stayed in the rooms by the pool area and room was good , I would just say the elevators smelt and need new carpets or something!!! Other than that staff was amazing, servers, bartenders they were so friendly and made the experience great. The pool and lazy river were awesome!!

Enjoyed the stay overall. Easy 15 min walk to Disney Springs. It was fun to see the Epcot fireworks from our balcony. The view otherwise was just ok, since it’s the back side of building, but it was nice and quiet and felt very private. The in building convenience store/ cafe was useful for late night drinks and quick breakfast. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Shower had great pressure and temperature.

We came here for a convention and stayed for 2 nights. When we checked in, they gave us the wrong room we reserved and so we had to change rooms with all of our stuff x). But the receptionist fixed it quickly and apologized. The coffee is AMAZING! I think I spent the most time down there 😅 because they were open 24/7. The food here isn't great 😕 so plan on walking the short distance to Disney Springs (but make reservations first). The meeting rooms were gorgeous 😍, well lit, and clean! Our room was spacious and had a stunning view! Overall it was a great trip.

The hotel is beautiful and the pool area really gives you a ‘resort’ and ‘vacation’ feel. I thought the beds were extremely comfy and the 5 minute walk to Disney Springs is amazing and so convenient. Overall our stay was great. BUT, we had an incident the last night we were there and because of that ONE incident, I WILL NOT BE STAYING AGAIN. At 8pm (we were already in bed because we had an early flight home) the house keeping staff came around to clean the room next to us. They apparently thought it was our room, opened our door multiple times but unable to enter because we had the dead bolt locked. This was extremely startling to us - when I opened the door to ask the employee if she had just opened the door, she lied and said no and continued to start cleaning the other room. This was very weird and odd, did not give me a good feeling whatsoever. She didn’t apologize or seem caring at all. Four of housekeepers were cleaning the room, being extremely loud, shouting across the floor, vacuuming and letting the door slam multiple times. At this point it’s 8:40pm - when I reached out to the front desk they said their staff cleans rooms until 11pm and they’ll ask them to be more quiet. I have NEVER experienced another Disney resort to do house keeping at these late night hours. It was all extremely odd and has left an unsettling feeling with me. The cleaning crew was dishonest and inconsiderate. If you have children beware that this could happen to you and the late night cleaning can disturb you and them - something I’ve never seen happening at any other hotel. I’m extremely disappointed! And will not be returning.

A great stay at Hilton at Disney Springs, had connecting rooms and crib so all we asked for was sorted. Loved the pool and the downstairs cafe / shop was ideal for quick meal / snacks. Only downside was although affiliated with Disney the hotel did not get full Disney experience, did get early access, but could not get early Genie + and ride booking. Other than that it was excellent

Loved my stay here. Excellent/Friendly staff. Pool area was outstanding. Hotel bathroom a bit dated but you can tell they have renovated this Hotel recently. I found the food at the restaurants/convenience store a bit pricey but super delicious nonetheless. Location is right across the street from Disney Springs (5-10 min walk). The free Disney shuttle was very convenient and consistent. I highly recommend this hotel.

I was here with my daughter, her best friend, and her best friend’s Mom. Girls trip! We loved this hotel. From the moment we pulled up to check in until we had to check out, the service was impeccable. The hotel is clean and modern. The pool has a lazy River that is so much fun. The pool deck has attendants, towels, a lovely bar/restaurant. There are plenty of chairs, loungers and umbrellas. The rooms have plenty of towels etc. we asked for more and the delivery was prompt. The manager is Paul. We had to leave unexpectedly due to illness. Paul was so extremely helpful in helping us figure things out. I highly recommend this hotel. It is a Disney Springs hotel. We took Lyft to the parks and it was perfect!

El hotel es un desastre, es la primera vez que tengo problemas en un hotel,desde el día que llegamos por la mañana nos dijeron que no estaba lista la habitación y que nos iban a avisar por mensaje de texto, nos llego a las 16 hs. Tema limpieza son un desastre, cuando tomamos la habitación el baño estaba sucio, no limpian la habitación, apenas hacían las camas y cambiaban las toallas. El último día llegamos cansadas del parque y nos encontramos con la habitación sin limpiar directamente, hicimos el reclamo, nos dijeron que ya subían a limpiarla y cuando volvimos a la habitación seguía sin limpiar, tuvimos que volver a realizar el reclamo, encima nos cruzamos con la gente de limpieza una maleducada, en pocas palabras, elijan otro hotel si quieren disfrutar de unas tranquilas vacaciones.

This place was absolutely amazing and beautiful! I work for Hilton and being able to travel and visit other Hilton’s are amazing. This Hilton is by far the most best one yet. Amazing lazy pool with a pool. Huge lounge area. Bar and food area and the bartenders are amazing. Inside is a bar and restaurant and the food inside is amazing. You can beat the price for this beautiful palace! I’ll be back!

Beautiful property both inside and out along with fantastic staff who are kind, courteous and helpful. Room and bathroom were extremely clean, balcony was thoughtfully designed to give you both great views of the resort and privacy at the same time. The pool and bar areas were well maintained and kept clean of trash and used towels.My only suggestions to Hilton to make this stay outstanding: the bathroom needed some upkeep as the paint appeared to be worn off the walls and door (maybe due to humidity?) And there were several areas in the room missing artwork as there were large wall anchors left. The towels were large and clean but unfortunately incredibly rough to the touch.Minor items that didn't impact my experience or my rating, but would be nice touches.

Highly recommend this hotel. Great location just about a 10 minute walk and you are inside Disney Springs. Very friendly and helpful staff rooms were clean. Would have been nice if there was maybe one more food option inside the hotel after lunch. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the quick service Restaurant had some really good options with breakfast sandwiches and Starbucks Coffee but was very crowded in the mornings. It was worth the wait though. Just one word of advice if you self park make sure you save your room key don't turn it in at the front desk because you need it to exit the parking lot

The staff is absolutely amazing- no doubt about that at all!!We took an early flight and when we got to the hotel everyone was happy to do what they could to get us in a bit early or hold our bags.It really took a lot of stress away from the trip. It’s a 10 minute walk to Disney Springs which is super convenient for grabbing a bite They do offer a shuttle to and from the parks with a great schedule Epcot fireworks view also has a view of Magic Kingdom fireworks The pools look super fun A few things to note that is completely out of staff control that I wish we would’ve known: The walls are super thin- people talking outside of our room at a normal volume sounded like they were in the same room as us A lot of convention/competition goers stay here (lobby is always packed) Rooms are nothing special BUT if you don’t plan on being in the room then they are perfectly ok

Nice place but a little bit run down and could use a facelift.Service was fantastic.Room and bed was clean and comfortable.Room was cleaned every day.This is the first time since the pandemic started that I was at a hotel that had full daily cleaning service.Disney shuttles didn't run very often and we didn't know when they were coming so we used Lyft all of the time.Pool and lazy river is great, but there are no lifeguard.Pretty easy walk to Disney Springs. Overall, it was a nice stay.I recommend this hotel for Hilton Honors members, especially those using free nights.But if you're primary purpose for your trip is to go to Disney and you have the money to spend, I'd recommend staying at a Disney Resort hotel instead.

We stayed here December 2021 and did not enjoy our stay overall. I can give two stars rather than one because the location is good, the main areas of the hotel are nice and we enjoyed the pool, and most staff members were very kind and helpful. Unfortunately, there were several issues and it appears that management is cutting corners for cost savings which negatively impact guests. The rooms and some areas of the hotel appear not very well maintained or need updates. Almost all days of the stay there were things missing from housekeeping service (coffee cups, bath mats, etc). They were responsive on asking for the items but it takes time out of the trip to request room needs that should be there. We had to move rooms mid trip because of a large leak above our shower that caused a huge bubble pulling off the ceiling. The only available new rooms were clearly smaller with a poor view or queen beds when we booked a king, and an upgrade to maintain our size of room/bed type was refused without an up charge. The new room was also incredibly dirty and had stains or visible dirt in multiple areas. Shuttles were advertised as fairly frequent but always showed up late and at unpredictable times, and buses are shared with multiple hotels and parks, take a long time, and sometimes were standing room only. At the end of the stay I was able to have the resort fee waived for all of these issues, which was appreciated. The proximity to Disney Springs and partnership with the resort to access early park hours are a huge perk, but I would never choose to stay here again, and I will be careful about staying with Hilton in general in the future.

We had such a great experience here this past week! Our flight coming into Orlando was pretty early, so we stopped at the hotel to drop off our luggage so we could walk around Disney Springs and were pleasantly surprised that they let us check in a few hours before check-in time! This allowed us to relax in our room for a little while and get all our things put away while we planned what to do next. Our room was spacious, bright, had a very cute little balcony, and was nice and clean! The bed was very comfortable, too. Right now they are not doing daily housekeeping services unless requested, so we texted the number they gave us to request service and had our room cleaned the next day. The housekeeping staff did a great job! The hotel itself has lots of great amenities — we were able to get a freshly baked pizza from the cafe downstairs at 11pm and it was hot and delicious. The shuttle that brings you to the parks was always on time and we never had to wait. And, the pool and lazy river at the hotel are beautiful! It was a little chilly when we went so we were afraid we might not be able to swim, but the water is heated in both and they were nice and warm. The hotel itself is just a short few minutes walk from Disney Springs (just a walk on a sidewalk and then the walkway takes you to Disney springs) which was really convenient since we were able to get dinner there after going to the parks. The walk back at night is well-lit also. Thank you to the staff here for making our experience great, I would stay here again for sure!

Wanted to stay at a Disney Springs official hotel due to the value for slow season and convenience with park shuttles and under 10 min walk to Disney Springs.That convenience was fabulous, however, was underwhelmed with this resort given its Hilton reputation.Room was dated and after first night, found 2 bed bugs and tiny ants appeared at bathroom sink on check out day that seemed to be wanting to get at my toothpaste.Was shocked being on the 23rd floor.Wish I read prior reviews about bug sightings but never saw them until experiencing it.Won’t stay here ever again and will try a different Disney Springs hotel.Told the desk at checkout about the bugs but it was just an apology and I’m sure they hear it a lot.This was a let down for a Hilton… 3 stars for convenience only.

BE PREPARED TO PAY EXTRA FOR PARKING. I saw no where in the process of making my reservation that I was going to have to pay $22/night to park the car I drove to get there during the night. Rooms and the hotel itself was a little underwhelming for the price. The elevators were in desperate need of an update. The buttons were actually falling apart. They had signs everywhere saying masks were required in ALL PUBLIC AREAS. No one was enforcing the requirements (take that how you want, I'm not trying to start a debate). I was not explained where anything was except where the elevators were. I had to ask concierge where to go to park my car. I found the restaurant by accident when trying to figure out how to walk to the walkway to Disney Springs. Now the positives. The lobby was clean and very nice looking. Staff was friendly when I did interact with them. Rooms were clean and I felt comfortable laying in the bed. Being so close to Disney Springs makes it super easy to go to grab some dinner if you don't have any plans anywhere else. For those that is very safety minded, the on Disney property Orange County Sheriff's Office precinct and a Reedy Creek Fire station is right down the road, along with the on site hospital should the worst happen. The pool and lazy river is heated. I cannot speak about quality of the food and drinks since I did not have any of it but it looked to be typical resort level grab and go or buffet style food. Also you can get early or late park hours with this hotel. For 4 days and 3 nights, I would say my stay was pretty average. I understand that it is an on Disney property hotel so they can really inflate the prices but as a whole, I would say it did not live up to the price I paid for the room I had. This is not a bad place to stay if you can't get a Disney resort but I would try to find a Disney resort if you can since you can have more perks and you might pay a little less.

Lazy river is awesome. Free movie rentals awesome. Great location close to Disney and across from Disney Springs. Nice pool, store deli, staff. Art Deco style of island building was pretty cool. I like the lobby and doors to the island building Island building suite. I had the king but they have a double bed also. Large sitting couch awesome for that. strange furniture no closet space except bathroom. Fridge in room is small and not great. Large laptop but bigger room safe. Pull out couch is uncomfortable. A/C seems to not stay as you set it. King suite was iffy closet space existed in bathroom kept clothes / suitcase and stuff in closet damp or in bathroom steam and then condensation. Bathroom has no window and no fan just silence and what is like steam or funk. Only other storage was in drawers under TVs . desk table in suite was odd. Round table goes partly under a rectangle? Nice locks on balcony. Again odd furniture lacking use. I would ask for a roll away bed and not use pull out. Roll always are actually comfortable.

Los precios son excesivamente caros las instalaciones son súper viejas el aire acondicionado no funciona bien y teníamos Dos habitaciones y en ninguna de las dos funcionaba las habitaciones son viejas también el baño es horrible muy viejo y además estaba sucio la piscina igualmente vieja y todo está muy descuidado. A parte te cobran hasta por respirar , piscina , estacionamiento todo lo cobran de verdad no repetirá nunca jamás en este hotel pague por una habitación de 2 camas $350 por noche. Lo único bueno es la atención de las personas en la entrada de l piscina. Si no quieres perder tu dinero no te quedes aquí .

El hotel esta bien ubicado en el area de Disney, a 10 minutos caminando del centro comercial Disney Springs, definitivamente no es un hotel nuevo y se nota en sus instalaciones, su servicio es muy bueno, la comida de sus restaurantes esta bien, pero la cantidad de opciones cercanas para comer son una fuerte competencia.

Fui roubado neste hotel. Sumiu um bem do meu quarto. Simplesmente me disseram que tinha sido perdido e nada tinha a se fazer. I was robbed at this hotel. A good from my room disappeared. They simply told me that I had been lost and nothing had to be done.

Had a great experience... The hotel has the palace side(the tower) and the island side(closer to the pool) ... The main Tower has 27floors...the junior towers have 12 floors...we stayed on the 9th floor of the Jr Tower (Epcot side front of hotel)...every night u can see the magic kingdom 9:15pm and Epcot fireworks 10pm... The other side faces Disney Springs and I can see the pool area. The pool area is open 7am-11pm and has a Lazy River....Hot Tub...a reg pool and a bar area....with a food kitchen beside it that serves stuff like pizza and chicken tenders...at night they have sitting areas with push to start fireplaces to warm up around....during they day they have transport to the parks...and the Disney Springs area is just across the street ...but for safety reasons they make all pedestrian traffic use the over the road bridges...so it does become a stroll for some (if your older or traveling with younger kids prolly best to drive over if you have the means as you will be doing plenty of walking there)

My kids loved the pool area. Because of covid our room wasn't clean the 4 days that we stayed there but I understand why.Our first night the room was clean beds were comfortable. we had a great time.

Our room was very clean!! The pool and cabanas were clean as well. There was plenty of seating available around the pool area and our server for our cabana was EXCELLENT!!!! Aside from the vent in the bathroom not being clean and the carpet being dirty in some places, we had a very good stay!!! The hotel is VERY close to Disney Springs and made dinner and shopping a breeze!!! Definitely will be looking to book this Hilton again for our next Disney trip!! SN - Although most of the staff was unmasked (esp poolside, understandably), they operated at a safe distance.

The experience was OKAY. I’ve been here to this Hotel once before and have loved it there. But this time it wasn’t so magical as it was last time. Checking in was a hassle since we had a room with a door that connected our 2 rooms. When we got to the room the doors were torn up and when inside I saw CHEERIOS on the carpet floor(there is a image below.) After that I went to take a shower and their was NO warm water, it apparently “wasn’t working, and that all rooms are having the same problem” when we called the front desk. The weird thing is that I only had the permission to pay for the parking. My freind and I had both a separate key but I was the one who was only allowed to let us in to park and out. To me that was weird as I had brought my car and he did too. So I had to pay for my parking and his. The staff in the front were nice and helpful when we were confused about bus times to go to Disney Hollywood Studios. Also while checking in I was charged for the 3 nights I was staying there. Normally they charge you after but they didn’t. Then after checking out I got charged again for parking.I’ve been to many Hilton’s and are a BIG fan of them due to the quality of the Hotels they produce. But this hotel hasn’t reached the standards I feel that they say to reach. And there for am not happy with the Hotel.

I expected more of hilton. Seems like I could have saved money and stayed at any regular inn.First- let me say I did have a complimentary overnight stay so the issues I had at check in I recognize probably only pertains to me… with that being said I was very disappointed when I got to the hotel that it took over 30 minutes to check in because apparently I was suppose to go through the person who handles complimentary stays. I told the manager I called the number several times to which he replied, yeah she’s not here on weekends. Yet my husband and I stood in front of him with a reservation that was booked by Hilton honors and I told them several times I had a complimentary stay. We reserved a Disney springs facing room and received a room facing the dumpsters. No worries, we tried to make the best out of it.My issue was the room itself, and the amenities. We had to call the front desk for everything! The tv remote didn’t work, our outlets weren’t properly working, the ice machine on our floor was out of order, the water was brown as if there was issues with the plumbing. The fixtures were falling apart and there was rust almost everywhere in the room. You have to request house keeping (which I admit is my error for not reading this update) so we didn’t get it out first night but the second time took so long we had to call to request more towels around 6pm.As for the “resort” style pools.. it leaves more to be desired. We were able to find adequate seating without issues but the lazy river is sub par at best. It goes in a very small circle at a snails pace. The food at the shade bar is fantastic, drinks are around 12-15. Towels are readily accessible. I wish the pool space was bigger but I will take what I can get, we had a good time at the pool but spent very little time in the water with the crowd and lack of space.The continental breakfast is around $15 a person for basically toast so it’s not worth it.Parking is $22 and hella far from the rooms. I clocked about 9 minutes walking to the hotel from my car with a decent parking space so make sure you unload in the loading zone and take all of your belongings to your roomAll and all, I would never come back to this location. I am a Hilton honors member and I’ve stayed at several Hiltons around the world and this one was a huge disappointment, so glad I didn’t pay market rate for my stay.

We had an amazing and relaxing vacation. Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is such a beautiful resort. My boys had a great time exploring and enjoying the lazy river and pool. The Front Desk team was excellent and professional. We want to say how wonderful Stephanie was especially. We even stopped in during our stay to ask a question and she was there to assist us again. Thank you to all the staff for making our trip wonderful!

I was mislead and misinformed multiple times during our stay between the Hilton phone number to book our room and the concierge at the front desk. 1. Was told one price for a one night stay, I even got a detailed email receipt of my price including tax and everything except the parking fee and my receipt that came when we checked out was over $60 difference. 2. I was told there was free breakfast when I checked in at the front desk. 3. When I discovered there was indeed no free breakfast I went back up to the same receptionist that checked me in and told her she misinformed me and she told me “by free breakfast she meant that everyone gets a $30 credit per day towards food or drinks so I give my room number and last name and they will charge it to my room and upon check out it will deduct the $30 as a credit per day”. 4. Not only our receipt, but other family members receipt that was also staying there had food charges that were not “credited” or “deducted”. When we checked in I was given no instructions for checking out. I asked what we needed to do and she said drop your key cards in the box on the way out of the gate, so I’m still unsure if we were supposed to do anything else or inform anyone. When we checked in we were not given directions to our room, or where to park or anything. Also, good luck finding ANY resort parking in the lot on a weekend, despite the $22 per day you pay. After coming back from dinner on a Friday evening we drove around the parking lot for 20 minutes with little ones in the car just trying to find ANY open spot. It was very disappointing for the high price that we paid to stay there. I gave 2 stars instead of one because the lazy river and pool was nice, relaxing, and decently maintained. It’s also in walking distance to Disney springs which is a perk.

Located with in a 10 minute walk to Disney Springs, the hotel is clean and provides great hospitality. The breakfast was awesome and I know that they are continuing to expand the items as the restaurant has recently opened up. But the food was always fresh and service was great. But I highly recommend meeting Edgar, he worked at the pool bar- Shades as well as the lobby bar. It was because of him that made our stay very memorable. He always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make our stay the best! Thank you Edgar! Overall experience was awesome. I highly recommend this hotel to every couple and families.

We regret not staying at the Hilton properties at Bonnet Creek... I had high hopes trying this property, and we selected it due to proximity to Disney Springs for our anniversary trip. Unfortunately, I'm not impressed. As a loyal Hilton guest I have certain expectations. They were not met. The good: proximity to Disney Springs, gorgeous resort like pool, the staff at Sunnies and Shades were AMAZING. Kassandra, Bill, John, Johnny, I'm forgetting a few names - you all were the redeeming features of our trip and we truly appreciate your kindness and enjoyed getting to know you. The bad: All other staff were surly and unhelpful, at best. Updated at 11am Saturday March 6: just witnessed another family be treated very poorly. For us, an inquiry regarding a cabana rental was handled very poorly and without tact- I emailed 3x and inquired upon arrival and the response basically blamed us, even though we had replied multiple times. That really set the tone for the rest of our stay. The rooms are aesthetically updated; but quite worn down. That probably would have mattered less had we been more impressed with the rest of our stay. Currently laying in our bed - which is supposed to be king size; but seems to be queen size, discussing checking out early and moving to a non Hilton property. I am sure this hotel is just what many families need on their Disney vacation. For us, it was a nope and we won't be back.

We had a great stay we were there for 7 days the Disney transportation they do from the hotel is 5 star they use Mears buses and play Disney movies on the way all the drivers were amazing. The rooms were very spacious and had balconies with 2 chairs that overlooked the lake or Disney springs if you paid a little more. The lazy river at the pool was also great I really enjoyed the heated pool and lazy river definitely a resort feel and to top it off there is a walkway to Disney springs maybe a 6 minute walk some of it under cover. I would definitely stay here again this is the place to stay if you aren’t on Disney resort property.

Las instalaciones están siempre aseadas, está muy cerca de Disney Springs (puedes ir caminando o en los transportes de Disney). La piscina es grande y cuenta con un lazyriver. El comedor no es muy grande pero la atención es excelente.

El cuarto es muy espacioso, excelente vista. El resort está cerca de Disney y de todo. Hilton nos dió Extra Magic Hours pases para entrar más temprano a ciertos parques. El resort tiene muy buena piscina y un lazy river.

Excelente hotel, al llegar al loby eres recibido por una exquisita fragancia...al consultar al respecto, me informaron que se trata de una combinación de esencias que realizan ahí mismo. El área social de las piscinas es espectacular para pasarla en familia, la piscina con aguas rápidas es un lugar de esparcimiento para chicos y grandes haciendo el recorrido con los flotadores. El hotel cuenta con gimnasio, bar, restaurantes, tiendas, sala de juegos de videos, valet parking, WIFI gratis, entre otras cosas. Tiene un jardín, por donde pasa un ramal del lago...eso si, en el sitio hay letreros de precaución con los cocodrilos y las culebras. El único evento que tuvimos, fue de un meracho que entro a la habitación...aún no sabemos como y eso que nos quedamos en un segundo o tercer piso. Ofrecen servicios de transporte a los parques temáticos y de retorno al hotel. Disney Springs está al otro lado de la calle, es decir a 5 minutos caminando. Supuestamente nos íbamos a quedar solamente 4 días ,pero al final nos quedamos 8 días.Regresaría con mucho gusto.
