“Booked a room here after my apt flooded. Had some issues with them being willing to accept my renters insurance billing despite someone speaking with their manager Paul Skee an hour before I arrived.Front desk staff refused to take payment via phone and claimed they had no idea how the process worked for insurance to take over billing and who to contact with Hilton. Long story short my son was starting to have tremors due to needing to eat and take his night meds and I began to get worried. I then told them to cancel the reservation (unfortunately had to yell when they wouldn’t just accept my spoken request) and just left.This is not the place you want to be if you are disabled and temporarily homeless due to being displaced from your home.”

“First off… we were charged a accidental charger of $100 dollars and wasn’t told. When we noticed the transaction the same day, we reached out and called them immediately. The first call, it rung for awhile and then an voicemail. When hung up and called right back. Followed the steps to speak to someone that handles the billing issue. They were going to refund us the $100 but told me it would be faster to speak to the first desk. They forward us to the front desk. When speaking with Diamond( who was extremely rude to me) she express that the charge was for accidental. When I questioned why wasn’t this told at check in she stated they don’t tell the customer that. I told her that’s very misleading on the pricing. Everytime I would speak she would over-talk me. I express to her that she was coming off rude to me and ask for manager and their name. She told me her name however express that they don’t know her schedule and I can come to the front desk to speak with her. She said it very aggressively. It’s was threatening. I asked about her supervisor and she said he will be there at 11pm.I than hung up and came to the front desk to get this matter resolved. When I express to him aboutwhat was going on (Diamond ) approached the front desk and just stared at me hurst. She didn’t say anything but gave this threateningstare. She went to the main doors and started at the supervisor and swatted her hand towards me. I’m extremely disappointed in my stay and customer service. I will not be staying her again. Please think twice before staying. I wish I can post the pictures for my stay. Overpriced!!!!!!”
