“I do not understand why this hotel is rated so high. Whoever thinking to book Studio suite/Murphy bed, I recommend to book a different room type. My room was much smaller than the pictures posted on their web and the bathroom was so tiny. My stay was off season so they must have had the bigger room available but I got this tiny room which shows the hotel does not care much about customer satisfaction. The heater makes noises each time it turned on so I could not sleep well at night. The cleaning people started pretty early so if you wake up late like 8am, be ready to hear some noises from hallway.”

“Clean hotel, beds are comfortable, rooms have great kitchen and fireplace, breakfast included was nice (croissant, boiling egg, yogurt, juice), wonderful service , storage for skis. Stayed 4 nights.
Great location, near all restaurants and shops, hotel facing slopes, view from the window is wonderful.
Ski in and out, main gondola is few minutes walk.”
