“A place where status is more important than exceptional service. Where if you are not a guest, they will try to make you feel less. I was visiting to have some wine and was informed by Mauricio, I was not allowed to drink along with the guest if I am not one of them. It is very interesting that I live in the US and as a Marriott Member since 2005, never had this treatment before. I have even a Marriott credit card, where I used on my trips. I’ve been in Hong Kong, Los Angels, NY, but never treated like that. I just left the property without any expenses. I should question Marriott headquarters about this segregation.”
