“I was promptly greeted politely when I entered the lobby. The hotel scent was welcoming and smelled great. We booked a family room for myself, my partner and 4 kids. When we entered the room it had no bad odors and seemed plenty big for a family. We requested extra towels and such from the housekeeping and they quickly and graciously retrieved what we needed. There is a bar which we did not go to, but the kids did utilize the pool. They seemed satisfied (ages 10 and 13). We stayed in room 620 and had a view of our vehicle and the wooded area out back. The bathroom is compact, but the water pressure was excellent. Their complimentary shampoo and conditioner smelled great and did leave my hair feeling clean and soft. The curtains closed fully with no light gap and the ac worked well. If it’s too loud just turn down the fan on the thermostat. The beds were a good mixture of firm yet soft. Each bed had 3 pillows and smelled bleach bottle clean. There is a mini fridge but not freezer inside. The halls were clean and the elevators were in good working order. Everyone we encountered in the building was very friendly as well. Thank you for the pleasant stay!”
