“O quarto era muito espaçoso. O ralo do chuveiro estava bagunçado e a maçaneta não puxou totalmente. Espero que o estacionamento seja gratuito ... parecia gratuito. Você recebe um passe de papel para colocar no painel. O hotel fica a 8-10 minutos do aeroporto e dos subúrbios / boonies / super safe. Cerca de 30 da DC, 40min. da Union Station”

“I extended my room and I came back they had removed all of my things out of my room. Said the room had been cleared out. The manager said he didn’t know what happened and it took hours for them to find my stuff. The cleaners had bagged up everything I owned and stored it somewhere without letting anyone know. They did not contact me. The manager asked me if he could put me in a room while I waited for him to find all of my stuff and then he charged me for the room. After all of that. I had just worked 20 hours straight and been awake for 48 hours. Then on top of that I check my card statement, they overcharged me for my stay. This place has the worst customer service and staff I have ever experienced in a hotel.”
