Loved that I was able to gather with my family, and eat and listen to music on my small boom box in an area where I was able to set up a food bar and have the out side for entertainment and a little space for dancing we enjoyed ourselves with consideration for guest and the staff was to kind, I offered them food and they made sure I had everything I needed and the night staff cleaned for me, even though I told them I would later. The inside pool was a must for my kids. The only disappointment I had was, for the amount of money spent on the hotel there wasn't any hot breakfast served, but I was notified of this before check in. I appreciate them so much thanks to Christine at the front desk for making my day a lovely one.

Was here on business. Very very nice. The layout is nice. Big windows but 2 shades to block the sun if needed. Blessed with a glass shower. Nice bed. Amenities were great! My only problems were no microwave in the room and no breakfast (understandable on both). Otherwise, an amazing stay for me. I would absolutely come back...

Here are the only things that might help future guests: no microwaves in the room; no breakfast to speak of (green apples and yogurt); no bottle openers or cork screws in the room (found you can open a bottle on an ironing board) and teeny tiny refrigerators too small for a to-go box (which froze our apples) (my bad--didn't think to try to control the temperature). Otherwise helpful, friendly staff -- many not masking if that community spread of potentially fatal disease thing is important to you. Seems not to be a concern for most white folks in this area. Comfy beds. Clean.

Great location!! The hotel was just okay. Pleasant entry into the hotel, but the room was average. It wasn't obviously dirty, but it was very apparent that the room hadn't been properly cleaned. There were stains on the sofa and table and lots of dust. The bathroom, specifically shower, had not been cleaned/sanitized. The shower felt so grimmy. The shower floor had a weird film and the slip rug was dirty. The bathroom is very small also. You have to shuffle around to open and close the door. There was barely enough toilet paper to get through one night, so we had to go down to request more, since there is no housekeeping service anymore during multiple nights visits. The front desk reps were really nice. Parking was free and convenient. There are a host of restaurants, shops, and entertainment within walking distance, so that is a huge plus. If you just want a place to stay that is fairly decent and reasonably priced at the center of a great location, this is a great option. Also, there are only 6 floors, so no big deal with the high floor mark up. You'll be fine on either floor.
