Clean neat well organized and the dogs were welcome! ( Dog biscuits cause pitbull farts..lol). The management was very helpful. And the area was quiet and nice. Everything you'd want to eat or drink is in walking distance.

This hotel was a saving grace in a stressful time. We made a reservation at a hotel a few miles from this and it was absolutely disgusting. We checked out immediately and came here and we were so relieved. This place is clean. Especially for having pets. This hotel has amazing housekeeping. Passed my hotel check in inspection!

Hyatt is usually our 'go to' for Lubbock. Front desk staff are always wonderful and it is usually clean. In comparison to other Lubbock hotels, I'd rate it a 4-5 Our room was not as clean as it should be on this trip. Return vent was terribly dirty, shower curtain liner was covered in mildew at the bottom, 1 toilet paper roll had less than 1/4 roll left, and carpet turned my feet black (didn't look dirty, but something was on it).Not typical of this Hyatt. We will stay again; it is definitely more clean than others in Lubbock.

Hotel foi fantástico e a equipe é ótima! Quarto era extremamente bem limpo. Café-da-manhã estava fresco e tinha uma grande variedade de opções. Não é um aspecto negativo deste lugar durante a minha visita!

Muito limpo e confortável. Bons funcionários. Bom buffet de pequeno-almoço gratuito. Pequeno bar com comida limitada. Muito conveniente para o campus Texas Tech. Boa seleção de restaurantes a curta distância. Piscina interior.

Fiquei por algumas semanas a negócios. Boa localização. As pessoas da recepção foram sempre simpáticas e acolhedoras. Havia uma boa variedade de café da manhã e eles forneceram um serviço de bar.Eu pedi para ter meu quarto limpo e reabastecido após cerca de 5 dias. Infelizmente, a única coisa que consegui foram algumas toalhas novas e nenhuma toalha de rosto. Sem roupa de cama nova, eles não limparam o banheiro e não o reabasteceram. Desci para o saguão da frente, expliquei a situação e pedi que limpassem e enchessem novamente. No dia seguinte, eles realmente o limparam.Durante a minha estadia, a faculdade estava voltando às aulas, então o estacionamento estava uma bagunça com os U-Hauls, as pessoas tiveram que ser rebocadas e houve alguns confrontos sobre isso. Meu quarto ficava logo acima da entrada, então eu podia ouvir a comoção. Além disso, bem no estacionamento é um bar da faculdade, então foi meio alto durante a minha estadia.

I stayed for a couple of weeks on business. Good location. The people at the front desk were always friendly and welcoming. There was a good variety for breakfast and they did provide a bar service. I asked to have my room cleaned and restocked after about 5 days. Unfortunately the only thing I got was some new towels and no washcloths. No new bedding, they did not clean the bathroom at all and did not restock it. I went down to the front lobby explained the situation and asked them to clean and restock it again. The next day they did actually clean it. During my stay the college was coming back into session so the parking lot was a mess with U-Hauls, people had to be towed, and there was some confrontations about that. My room was right above the entrance so I could hear the commotion. Also, right in the parking lot is a college bar so it was kind of loud from that as well during my stay.

Very clean and accommodating. Good staff. Nice free breakfast buffet. Small bar with limited food. Very convenient to Texas Tech campus. Good selection of restaurants within walking distance. Indoor pool.

Ainda é o melhor em L-town. Como todo mundo diz, a equipe é A ++, o café da manhã é excelente, limpeza e sensação moderna / mais recente para um lugar Hyatt, academia acima da média com máquina de cabo não encontrada em outros hotéis Place, piscina coberta de tamanho decente (a única coisa negativa é a portas de quartos de hotel fecham ruidosamente, então tente pedir um quarto no final do corredor se você tem sono leve, mas não é um grande negócio). Vou dar a este meu prêmio pessoal de "melhor propriedade Hyatt Place da rede".

Still the best in L-town. As everyone else says, staff is A++, breakfast is excellent, cleanliness and modern/newer feel for a Hyatt place, above average gym with a cable cross machine not found in other Place hotels, decent size indoor pool, (only negative thing is the hotel room doors do close loudly so try to ask for a room at the end of the hallway if you are a light sleeper, but it isn’t a huge deal). I’m going to give this one my personal “best Hyatt Place property in the network” award.
