“The hotel and room was very clean. The staff were friendly. Quick check in. Good location close to I-95 and not far from central Savannah. Would definitely stop by again if I'm ever in that area.”

“I was in room 222, which was located above the office. My son walked around in the hotel room and a woman called me saying the office was noisy and told me to go back to the room and be quiet. I cannot understand the hotel's staff telling the guests to be quiet because the staff's office is noisy. Furthermore, we were talked to in a very rude manner. Even though my son was not walking hard I had to tell him to be quiet in the hotel room. The employee said the building was shaking. If a building is shaking because of one child, it is a building problem. I have been using Hyatt for many years, but my family had a bad trip because of your staffs attitude. I don't want to use this hotel again and I will share my review for other guests who have children not to use this hotel.”
