“Enjoyed my stay here. It's a great location in Richardson. Hilton has done a great job with the rebrand/refresh of this building. It's clean and fresh, and the employees are so friendly and attentive. our room was clean and cozy, just the Hilton way. I do wish they would take out the bath tub showers and replace them with full walk in showers. I almost slipped and broke my neck taking a shower in the tub. In my older age these tub showers have really fallen out of my favor. The exterior of the hotel is really nice. Hilton has fully lit the parking areas so much better than they were before making for a safer feeling parking.”

“The irony of it all: when you call they say it’s newly renovated well they must have cut costs everywhere. I checked in June 3rd at 615pm and by 4am in the morning i am checking out. The upgraded room i had, the air wasn’t working. It was hot and unbearable to sleep. The bed felt like i was sleeping on straws. As a traveling pharmacist, I’ve slept on better beds in cheaper hotels. This bed at the “Hilton” was hard, had no downy softness like most hotels and the pillows were horrible!!!!! Even in the hallways, it was HOT like an inferno. I don’t understand how anyone can sleep comfortably in conditions such as that. Save your money.”
