The Hyatt Residents was truly a home away from home. It was clean and relaxing and both pools were great. The staff really made our stay the best. Mr. Sharage the guest service member was the best his kindness will be misses the most. Thank you Hyatt Residents staff. We'll done.

It was a disappointing stay, how ever the room, the kitchen were all amazing.And ofcos most of the staffs I met were all nice except a supervisor I spoke to, forget his name though. The reason I had a bad memories in this place was a lost watch which I reported to the front desk but they did nothing about it untill when I keep bothering them with calls, I might be wrong but I found it unacceptable for a hotel like this to treat my lost watch issue like any other complain. I was atleast expecting a proper closure, not a pay back, no complimentary but sort of hospitality way of talks whereby the manager or someone responsible will call and say oh! We are still investigating, or what so ever. My advice to travelers is take care of your valuable items whiles staying this place.

When I first moved into the Hyatt in September 2016 the hotel was facing a number of challenges, not least in terms of its infrastructure. However, since Mrs Britta Leick-Milde and her team took the reins, it has improved immeasurably. Rooms have gradually been refurbished and the staff are always keen to help. During a period when I was seriously ill in 2017, the staff were magnificent. I am returning to the Hyatt Residences after a period away and look forward to moving back in.

stayed at the studio apartment for about 8 months. proximity to City Centre, good hotel restaurants nearby, esp W hotel, comfortable parking space, has all essential amenities, very courteous housekeeping staff and the maintenance guys, were always prompt to attend. overall i had a very comfortable stay. Only one aspect, the bed could have been a little more firm , than so soft as it was.

Residences here are top notch. Beautiful bathrooms, large rooms and a good view. A/C works very well and there is a large kitchen and living room with a TV. There is no restaurant on site so I went to The W for a few dinners however the concierge at the Hyatt was fantastic in taking care of everything I needed! The organized driver to the airport was also polite and it was easy getting there! 20 min from the airport.
