“Service is good, rooms are small, but the biggest issues was a parking. It is so narrow, so that you can easily damage the car. So if you have decided to stay in the hotel, please find a parking a lot around but not in underground one.”

“The air conditioner of the whole hotel wasn't working, and we didn't get any warning of it on check in.
When we asked about it they told us the technician wasn't able to repair it the last couple of days, and that they didn't know when it will be working again. And the room window can only be opened just a little bit, so the room was really warm during the night, and we couldn't sleep well at all.
We didn't receive any kind of solution or compensation, not even some cold water.
Only after our third night sleeping like that and complaining about it, we got offered to unlock the window so we could fully open it. But that also didn't help at all because we still needed to use the blind to block the early summer sunlight, which also blocked most of the cool air coming in.
Kind of tainted the memories of an otherwise great vacation at Berlin”
