“Tudo seria bom para este nível, mas a garota da recepção estragou toda a impressão. Uma pessoa excepcionalmente cruel e hostil. Considerando que o hotel estava praticamente vazio, não entendo muito bem o porquê de assustar os hóspedes. Tentaremos evitar repetir a experiência.”

“En mis viajes siempre suelo usar estos hoteles y en general estoy bastante satisfecho.Pero en este de Kaunas y en concreto en la habitacion hubo ciertos detalles que dejaban bastante que desear. Las camas eran excesivamente estrechas y podias llegar a caerte. El cuarto de baño estaba bien,pero en la ducha el agua salia sin ninguna presion. Las toallas dejaban bastante que desear. En la ducha no se percataron de que el recipiente del jabon estaba casi vacio y llego el momento en que se termino. En cuanto a lo demas,bien,buen trato y amabilidad y buen surtido en el desayuno. El enclave magnifico,cerca de estacion de autobuses y trenes.Puedes llegar al aeropuerto con el bus 29 y si no en la estacion tambien hay que van al aeropuerto sin tantas paradas. Tambien eche en falta algun canal de tv española.”
