“The blankets for a double bed in this hotel are very small, it's not possible to sleep in two under one blanket. In other Ibis hotels, they are much bigger. There was an additional blanket in the wardrobe but even smaller, so I took it for me and left the bigger one for my husband, and every time I was turning around it was falling down from me to the floor, waking me up.
The glasses for water stayed not covered in the bathroom, on the shelf above the sink. Right near the WC, obviously, since the bathroom is tiny. Disgusting. Why not to put the glasses for water in the room instead of the toilet?
At the bar, I have got a cup of cappuccino with a dirty glass of water. Usually I like red lipsticks but not red lipsticks of someone else on my glass. The girl who served me didn't even apologize.”
