“Great Hotel with friendly staff. Good mix of food and drinks. We where all inclusive but had to pay 20 euro to extend the all inclusive until 14-00 on our last day never had to do this before we don't leave until 18-40.”

“Just returned home from a week staying here.
Nice hotel especially for couples with everything you could want for a relaxing holiday! Very clean and modern we had a lovely stay here but there were just a couple of things I wasn't completely happy with;
First thing was the food was a bit repetitive was basically the same everyday morning, lunch, and dinner also I am vegetarian and found it hard at times to find something to eat as things weren't always labelled.
The entertainment wasn't brilliant either we just made our own entertainment in the end.
Lastly we had an evening flight home but was told after 12pm were no longer all inclusive and had to start paying for everything and it was all very expensive and just found that a really bad way to treat guests! Other than that a really nice place to stay and really enjoyed seeing gran canaria!”
