I chose the Intercontinental Buckhead for my wedding room block this past weekend and could not have been more impressed and happy with the service. From the moment we arrived until we left 4 days later, everything was handled better than I could’ve imagined. Our luggage was promptly unloaded and brought up to our room. We hosted a welcome reception in the lobby on Friday evening. The drinks and service were stellar and all of our guests had a wonderful experience. On Saturday, the staff helped our wedding parties get up to our rooms to get ready before our ceremony. Brian and Lisa, the event coordinators, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless and pleasurable. Every guest that stayed at the Intercontinental with us was impressed and said they would be returning during their next visit to Atlanta. I could not recommend this hotel more! Thank you to all the staff at the Intercontinental for making our wedding weekend exceptionally unforgettable!

No geral minha estadia foi confortável. Eles estão fazendo algumas atualizações muito necessárias. A equipe escolheu um quarto recém-reformado para a minha estadia, o que era aceitável. No entanto, eles perderam a marca quando se tratava das pequenas comodidades (sem bagageiro, sem microondas, assento de cadeira de mesa era difícil, banheiro poderia usar uma porta deslizante para privacidade, frigobar precisava ser substituído e estacionamento deveria ser descontado para os hóspedes. . . . até 10% de desconto no estacionamento faria bem como um gesto). A área do bar poderia usar uma atualização séria, mas eles trabalharam no foyer, o que é bom e o átrio também é bom. Minha estadia foi confortável, mas pelo dinheiro gasto eu esperava um pouco mais de luxo.

Overall my stay was comfortable. They are doing some much needed upgrades. Staff chose a newly renovated room for my stay which was acceptable. However, they missed the mark when it came to the small amenities (no luggage rack, no microwave, desk chair seat was hard, toilet could use a sliding door for privacy, mini fridge needed replacing and parking should be discounted for guests.... even 10% off for parking would do well as a gesture). The bar area could use a serious upgrade but they've worked on the foyer which is nice and the atrium is nice also. My stay was comfortable but for the money spent I expected a bit more luxury.

Best hotel! I had the best time here because everyone I met here was so helpful and professional. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The location is within walking distance of the best shopping in Atlanta including Lenox Square and Phipps Plaza. Many wonderful restaurants nearby as well. Perfection!

Depois de ficar neste belo estabelecimento por não 3, mas 4 dias! Adicionamos um dia extra bc foi tão incrível! Devo dizer que nunca vou ficar em outro lugar em Atlanta novamente!!! Foi um prazer absoluto trabalhar com Tyler no check-in, os caras da porta e do manobrista trataram meu filho de 2 anos como se ele fosse seu próprio filho. Ele se apaixonou por eles e teve que mostrar um carrinho de brinquedo dele todos os dias em nossa visita. O cara do serviço de quarto J que nos trouxe tudo o que precisávamos era uma boneca absoluta. Não temos nada de ruim a dizer sobre ninguém ou qualquer coisa neste hotel requintado. Nós gostamos muito, e mal podemos esperar para voltar e ver todos e ter a mesma experiência! Amo todos vocês e obrigado por nos tratar como família quando mais precisávamos e nenhum de vocês sabia! ❤️❤️❤️

After staying at this beautiful establishment for not 3, but 4 days! We added on an extra day bc it was so amazing! I have to say I will NEVER stay anywhere else in Atlanta again!!! Tyler at check-in was an absolute pleasure to work with, the door and valet guys treated my 2 year old like he was their own child. He fell in love with them and had to go show them a toy car of his everyday on our visit. The room service guy J that brought us everything we needed was an absolute doll. We just have nothing bad to say about anyone or anything at this fine hotel. We enjoyed it so much, and cannot wait to go back and see everyone and get the same experience! Love you all and thank you for treating us like family when we needed it most and none of you even knew! ❤️❤️❤️

Chegou na sexta-feira para uma estadia de 2 noites. O manobrista foi muito rápido sempre que precisávamos que o carro fosse parado. Hotel muito agradável e limpo. Tem um quarto King Premier no 12º andar. O banheiro é perfeito com banheira e chuveiro separados.

Este hotel é classificado como 5 estrelas, mas parecia menos. A equipe foi super simpática e prestativa, mas o próprio hotel está definitivamente ficando datado. A maior reclamação foi que, embora o banheiro fosse grande e espaçoso, o chuveiro esfriava rapidamente e não tinha pressão muito boa, duas coisas em que a maioria dos hotéis normalmente se destaca.

O hotel foi ótimo. Estava passando por algumas reformas no momento, portanto, apenas 4 estrelas. A área de jantar do bar/restaurante estava fechada devido a isso. A suíte king tinha uma bela vista da praça Lenox. Minha esposa adorou a banheira depois de caminhar pela praça o dia todo.

Arrived on Friday for a 2 night stay. Valet was very quick anytime we needed the car pulled up. Very nice and clean hotel. Got a King Premier room on the 12th floor. Bathroom is perfect with a separate tub and shower.

This hotel is rated as 5 star but it felt like less. The staff was all super friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is definitely getting dated. Biggest gripe was that while the bathroom was large and spacious, the shower got cold quickly and didn't have very good pressure, two things most hotels typically excel at.

The hotel was great. It was going through some renovations at the moment hence only 4 stars. The bar/restaurant dining area was closed due to that. The king suite had a nice view of Lenox square. My wife loved the bathtub after walking the square all day.

Não vale $ 400 por noite. Só tinha canais básicos a cabo e nenhum menu. O canal de onde você deve obter o menu de comida / café da manhã não funciona e eles disseram que "não queriam explicar", então nos trouxeram o menu do jantar. Nosso quarto incluía café da manhã e acabamos pedindo esse menu também porque eles são muito baratos para deixar um menu no quarto. O menu de café da manhã era mínimo, não muito mais do que um café da manhã continental teria. Pedi uma bebida que custou $ 40 e acho que nem tinha álcool. O banheiro era muito bom, mas o quarto não era melhor do que uma pousada de férias. Eles também nos cobraram por uma ligação que não fizemos (US $ 1). A taxa do animal de estimação era um adicional de US $ 100 por uma noite, que eles chamavam de “depósito não reembolsável” e deveria ser chamada de uma taxa de qualquer forma que era a taxa mais cara para animais de estimação que tínhamos em toda a nossa viagem. Not worth $400 per night. Only had basic cable channels and no menu. Their channel you are supposed to get the food/breakfast menu from doesn’t work and they said they “didn’t want to explain it” so they brought us the dinner menu. Our room included breakfast and we ended up calling for that menu too because they are too cheap to leave a menu in the room. The breakfast menu was minimal not much more than a continental breakfast would have. I ordered a drink that was $40 and I don’t even think it had alcohol in it. The bathroom was really nice but the room wasn’t any better than a holiday inn. They also charged us for an outgoing call we didn’t make ($1). The pet fee was an additional $100 for one night which they called a “non-refundable deposit” and should just be called a fee either way that was the most expensive pet fee we had our entire trip. The staff was friendly, the view was nice, the room was clean but it definitely wasn’t worth $400 plus $100(pet fee) for one night.

Me quedé en este hotel una noche y lo encontré limpio, lujoso y con mucha personalidad. Todos los empleados son alegres y muy amable. El aérea de la piscina es muy linda y tranquila. El buffet de desayuno es divino y las camas super cómodas. No puedo esperar a volver!

Uno de los mejores hoteles en Atlanta. Situado en una de las mejores áreas de la ciudad. El restaurante Southern Conforte es excelente y es de uno de los más reconocidos chefs de Usa. Esta ubicado cerca de muchos restaurantes y del Lenox y Phipps mall.
