“Good stay - nice touch with the club lounge - be aware this is only for 5-7pm and have a limited, repeated menu. The service was good. Location wise - one of the best in Makkah. However you don't get a full Haram view. Cleanliness is very good - excellent service at the reception desk and housekeeping. Disappointed with the bed size - despite the Hyatt website saying each bed sleeps 2, they don't - they're single beds. This is why we would reconsider staying here again. I would consider the Conrad where the bed size is more generous. Overall a good stay.”

“Friendly and accommodating staff. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet surpassed any hotel I've ever been to. Food was delicious and the dining area has a welcoming ambiance. Located in close proximity to the Haram and there are a number of food outlets located on the lower floors of the hotel building.”
