Um hotel incrível, eu achei incrível a mini sala sobre as escadas, uma vista incrível para uma piscina que não é do hotel me deixou confuso mas em geral o local é magnifico, sem falar do melhor restaurante que já comi, muito obrigado

Bedsheets had stains Washroom toiletries (conditioner) were halfway used. Room cleaning guy asks a million questions and give doubts when u request for a new set of toiletries. Counter doesn’t pick up phone calls so if there’s emergencies then good luck.

Quiet location, and being near to the Singapore River has its charms. It's a short walk to Clarke Quay and Chinatown and has many restaurants in its vicinity. It's nice to see a lot of people jogging and walking their dogs in the neighbourhood as well.The staff are polite, kind and also discreet (much appreciated though there's no need for that since I was with my mother). The room was very thoughtfully designed for a small space. Loved the ambience, lighting, the windows and the pointed rooftop design.

The stay was pleasant although room was small. Cleanliness could have been improved as I could find hair on the mirror, bed and even the stairs to the loft. The hotel seems understaffed. Many times, I have called the hotel. Regardless of before checking in or during the stay, no one picks up the call most of the time. This is very frustrating. The hotel breakfast was quite good although it was quite slow. The staff in general are very well-mannered. The perfume workshop was a major draw and I emailed long ago to book it. It was confirmed. But when I arrived, it was cancelled. Upon questioning, I found out because of the restrictions, the priority was given to rooms with the workshop already in the package. This upset me greatly because no email was sent to explain why it was cancelled. However, the hotel did manage to rearrange one for me so that I would not be thoroughly disappointed. Itwas a good workshop and it was worth it.

5 stars for the perfume workshop but 2 stars for the hotel.Maison 21G workshop - We had a great time and the facilitator was patient and helpful. Managed to find a nice unique scent to take home. The perfume workshop made the whole package worth it.M Social Hotel - Just note that when they say 3pm check-in and 12pm check-out they really mean 4pm check in and 11am check out. Their reason was due to Covid (understandable since they may need more time to clean the rooms), but this should really be stated when booking rather than at the check-in counter. - Do come earlier for check-in as the queue at 3pm is insane. - We asked for a spare towel for our room but we were met with the answer that the hotel policy is 2 towels for one room - nothing more will be given! Nope, not even if it is apparently a 4-star hotel. An extra towel is apparently too much of a luxury. - Location wise the hotel is near great eateries and bars. A 15 minute walk to Clarke Quay MRT so you may want to take the bus if you are coming in the afternoon from CQ.

La hora de registro es aparentemente a las 3 pm. Llegué a las 3.26 p. M., Me uní a la cola para el check-in y solo llegué al mostrador de check-in a las 4.10 p. M. Eso sí, solo había 3 empleados registrando a los invitados.Una vez en el mostrador, me dijeron que mi habitación aún no estaba lista. Le pregunté por qué y el tipo de registro dijo “porque las vacaciones escolares y necesito prepararme para mucha gente. Te llamaré cuando la habitación esté lista ". Sin disculpas. No se ha proporcionado una estimación del horario de registro.Pregunta en mi cabeza: Entonces, si llego tarde, ¿puedo salir tarde también? Segunda pregunta en mi cabeza: ¿Por qué no anticiparon el aumento en las reservas de habitaciones durante las vacaciones escolares? Sentimiento general en este momento: La calidad del servicio es realmente deficiente.Son las 4.34 pm ahora y todavía estoy esperando mi habitación. Quiero decir ... ¿al menos hacer un mejor trabajo apaciguando a sus invitados? 🤷‍♂️

O horário de check-in é ostensivamente 15h. Cheguei às 15h26, entrei na fila do check-in e só cheguei ao balcão às 16h10. Lembre-se, havia apenas 3 funcionários fazendo o check-in dos hóspedes.Uma vez no balcão, disseram-me que meu quarto ainda não estava pronto. Eu perguntei por que e o cara do check-in disse “porque férias escolares e preciso se preparar para muita gente. Ligarei para você quando o quarto estiver pronto. ” Sem desculpas. Nenhuma estimativa dada de tempo de check-in.Pergunta na minha cabeça: Então, se eu fizer check-in tarde, posso fazer check-out tarde também? Segunda pergunta em minha cabeça: por que você não antecipou o aumento nas reservas de quartos durante as férias escolares? Sentimento geral no momento: A qualidade do serviço realmente está faltando.Agora são 16h34 e ainda estou esperando meu quarto. Quero dizer ... pelo menos fazer um trabalho melhor em acalmar seus convidados? 🤷‍♂️

Check-in time is ostensibly 3pm. I arrived at 3.26pm, joined the queue for check-in, and only reached the check-in counter at 4.10pm. Mind you, there were only 3 staff checking in the guests. Once at the counter, I was told that my room was not yet ready. I asked why and the check-in dude said “because school holidays and need to prepare for a lot of people. Will call you when room is ready.” No apologies. No estimate given of check-in timing. Question in my head: So if I check in late can I check out late too? Second question in my head: Why didn’t you anticipate the increase in room bookings during the school holidays? Overall sentiment at the moment: Quality of service is really lacking. It’s 4.34pm now and I’m still waiting for my room. I mean… at least do a better job at mollifying your guests? 🤷‍♂️

Everything was lovely. I think adding a little stronger nice scent to room would be a plus to your guest experience. I think especially for female patrons; we love scent. Also, I really love that you guys provide a Smart TV! :) Very convenient for us to find digital entertainment!

Great hotel, clean, comfortable swanky and cool. The staff is amazing, very polite and helpful and really looks after you. Our room was spotless! Great location in River Valley by all kinds of great restaurants and bars. Highly recommended!!!! 5++ stars!

Booked the Loft Premer Room for 1 night and the overall stay was pretty good. Just that the air-con seems to be warm when sleeping under the thick covers. I did adjust the air-con temperature but it was still warm. We were sweating under the covers, but if we were to sleep without the covers, we might have gotten a cold instead. The mini-fridge in the room was not cold enough. Breakfast selection is limited. Basic amenities were provided, which was good. The queue to check in was relative long, but its a sign of stringent checks during this period. which I think is a job well done for safe-keeping both hotel and customer's well-being. Did not have the chance to visit both the gym and swimming pool as it was by booking. Overall, it was an okay-stay. Would recommend those that want to try to feel what its like living/staying in loft room arrangement.
