“Service was excellent start to finish. Cleanliness of room was good but beds were untucked giving a sloppy appearance and makes one question sheet changes. Super long walk to room from lobby, very confusing to find your room, areas not marked well, maids encountered were not friendly. Ample rags/towels were provided along with really good shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Location is great but if shuttling from airport, be sure you get on the right bus. I got on Marriott Suites bus, but they were kind enough to take me to the right place.”

“Excellent Customer service from the employees, great shuttle service! Housekeeping should be more friendly to any and all guests. Definitely should bring someone in for a Re-numbering of the rooms and hallways, it can be ridiculously difficult to find your room. Rooms are nicely appointed and quiet and hotel bar and restaurant are very good 👍”
