“The location was very nice and our greeting was lovely and efficient at check in. The room was pretty, comfortable and nicely appointed... except for all the ants and the dirty floor. It was very grubby. Ants all over the bathroom.sink and floor. Constantly rinsing the sink and toothpaste tube. Also on the bedroom floor and my nightstand. I asked them to come and exterminate. They sent a man up to spray with a can of oily, strong smelling bug spray.”

“The room was nice and clean. Robes were super comfy. The pool being open 24 hrs was a plus and being able to see the water on their tanning beach was very calming. About a 10 min drive to Duval street. I think the website should definitely update with what's actually open as far as amenities go. The on-site restaurant wasn't serving anything but bar nuts and pizza so we had to venture out for food which didn't plan on doing. No brea”
